Enjoy a peaceful stay in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, in the famous Rue du Vieux Colombier! This completely renovated studio on the 5th floor of a secure building with elevator is ideal for two travelers.
The studio includes:
• A living space: with a Queen-size double bed (160 x 200) for two people with new and extremely comfortable bedding, unlimited high-speed Internet access via Wi-Fi, a Smart TV and storage space.
• A bathroom: it has a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, washing machine, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A fully equipped open kitchen: ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

Beautiful area, the place was just what I needed for 1 person. The space itself was great and quiet, well maintained. Complicated to get in at the beginning and they should share the pdf guide document they have at the beginning (not the end) of the trip.

Un bon plan
Idéalement situé au cœur de Paris, dans un quartier chic et agréable, ce tout petit studio est idéal pour un couple en escapade.Les plus :- sa localisation- son calme (sur cour au 5ème étage desservi par un ascenseur).- son internet haut débit.Les moins :- absence manifeste de contrôle avant l'arrivée des locataires (lavabo bouché qu'il a fallu que nous débouchions nous-même, télévision qui n'a jamais fonctionné en dépit de la venue successive de deux techniciens).- Rien de trop en fournitures (nous avons acheté lessive, sopalin, sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, sucre...). Il est vrai que ces petites choses ne sont pas contractuelles mais elles font plaisir quand on arrive.- Literie moyenne et oreillers "casse-cou" (nous avons acheté les nôtres).Mais au final, un bon rapport qualité prix dans l'un des plus agréables quartiers de la capitale.

Studio in the heart of the 6th.
This was a great crash pad for me. I stayed here alone and found the apartment clean and the location is excellent. The apartment is on a side street so it is quiet.

You will be better off in a hotel
This property is NOT as pictured. It would be a stretch to call it an apartment.; In fact, it is a tiny room with a bed. No thought was given to comfort at all. There is no carpet by the bed, no full mirror, no kitchen tools even for breakfast, no tissues, paper towels, or proper pillows (unless you like flat and lumpy). There is a light missing in the bathroom. The wifi is very weak and crashes so frequently it is not worth the bother. This means that your phone will require cell service and the TV will not work, either. Worst of all is the overwhelming smell of mold as soon as you walk in the door. I had to keep the window open 24/7. Stay in a hotel where at least you will be comfortable.

Paris Apartment with Convenient Location
Cozy apartment in the popular St. Germain neighborhood. Listing was as advertised, the only problem we ran into was regarding water damage on the wall near the front door that also held the electrical panel. If this were to be resolved I would give this location a 5/5.
