Located in the heart of Paris, this spacious 1,300 sqft air-conditioned (only on the first floor) house is ideal for families and groups. Close to public transport, it offers access to the Palais Garnier, the Louvre, Notre-Dame, Les Invalides, La Concorde, and the Arc de Triomphe in 15 to 20 minutes, and the Eiffel Tower in 30 minutes. Fully equipped with two kitchens, a cozy living room, and several bathrooms, it offers free Wi-Fi. Bed linens, towels, and a wide range of amenities are included.



The Space:

The accommodation is a spacious and fully air-conditioned house located in the heart of Paris. Perfectly suited for families and groups, it is spread over two floors and offers a comfortable and functional layout with well-defined spaces.



The living room, both bright and welcoming, is furnished with a large sofa, a dining table for sharing meals in a friendly atmosphere, and a television, ideal for relaxing after a day spent exploring the city. This space is perfect for gathering and enjoying time together.



The house also features two fully equipped kitchens, perfect for preparing meals independently. They include cooking plates, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker and a kettle. All necessary dishes and utensils are also provided to ensure a hassle-free stay.



The accommodation consists of five bedrooms. The first two are spacious and equipped with a double bed, storage space, and a private bathroom. The other three bedrooms, also featuring a double bed and storage spaces, are carefully decorated to create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.



Regarding the bathrooms, the house has three in total. Two of them are private and located in bedrooms two and three, while the third is a shared bathroom with a shower and sink. Additionally, for extra convenience, the house includes two separate toilets, one on each floor.



Fully air-conditioned, the house also offers free Wi-Fi access. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with various consumables, to ensure a comfortable and worry-free stay.

- In case of a same-day reservation (arrival on the day of booking), the apartment may be ready from 7:00 PM instead of the standard check-in time indicated on the listing..

- Subject to availability, we offer optional luggage storage and late check-out services to make your stay more comfortable.



As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



* A non-refundable Damage Waiver of 12 EUR per night,

OR

* A refundable 1000 EUR Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
