The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The main bedroom has a double bed, and the second has a comfortable sofa bed. Both beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The Obelisk of the Place de la Concorde works from the Luxor Temple, dating from the 12th century BC. The Petit Palais and the Grand Palais will also surprise you with their impressive architecture and exhibitions. But we don't stop there; the district also houses the official residence of the French head of state, the Elysée Palace, and the magnificent Madeleine Church. Discover the Chapelle Expiatoire for history buffs, built on the site where Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette were buried after being guillotined on the current Place de la Concorde. Fashion and luxury lovers will find happiness in the boutiques of the Faubourg Saint-Honoré or on the prestigious Avenue des Champs Elysées. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
