This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony where you can enjoy some fresh air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

With its original urbanism, the neighbourhood is currently expressed in the "Paris rive gauche" project, initiated by the construction of the National Library of France, a symbolic place of the 13th arrondissement. Let yourself be surprised by the Butte-aux-Cailles, the historical district of Paris; look up, and you will discover drawings or messages on the walls of buildings. In the borough, the authorities have approved several wall paintings and realized by international artists claiming street art. The Butte-aux-Cailles is a festive place in the evening, ideal for a meal or an aperitif! How can we not talk about the 13th without mentioning its mythical Chinatown? Let yourself be surprised by the mixture of culture of this famous district. Lively both day and night, this area is also ideal for shopping; it is one of the cheapest in Paris.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Maison Blanche, is just a one-minute walk.

Paris-Orly Airport is about a 30-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
