Bright and tastefully furnished, this apartment offers you all the comfort you need for a long stay in Paris.

Designed with an open living and dining area, this home acts as a peaceful retreat after spending a long day in the city. The queen bed also comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cutlery you’ll need to whip up a delicious home-cooked meal including an electric stove and a microwave. There is a washer should you need it.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

The property is at the 6th floor. Please note the lift goes until the 5th, then you have to take the stairs up to the 6th.

Residents of the 15th arrondissement benefit from a wide range of cultural activities. For art lovers, let yourself be tempted by the Antoine Bourdelle Museum and the Espace Frans Krajcberg Gallery. But you can also retrace the advances of the famous scientist at the Pasteur Museum, or discover postal history at the Musée de la Poste.

As for shopping enthusiasts, head to Rue du Commerce or to the new Beaugrenelle shopping center.

For a moment of relaxation, take advantage of one of the many green spaces in the neighborhood like Parc André Citroën and Parc Georges Brassens. The Suzanne Lenglen Park, where the Paris Heliport is located, is also worth a visit and will delight fans of aerial leisure activities and thrills.

Let yourself also be tempted by the Aquaboulevard water park, which offers a change of scenery, relaxation, and aquatic pleasures. Finally, don't hesitate to climb to the top of the Tour Montparnasse, to enjoy a panoramic view of Paris.

My apartment is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train!

There are multiple train stations nearby the flat. The nearest train station is Boucicaut (line 4) - just 3 mins walk from the flat.

Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 45 mins drive from the flat.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
