Fitted with a leather sofa, a fireplace, and a dining area, relax in the open living room after spending a long day in the city. Semi-hidden behind a wall in the living room, there’s a bedroom which features a single bed and storage space for your belongings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cutleries you’ll need to whip up a delicious home cooked meal including an electric stove, an oven and a microwave.

The bedroom contains a queen bed, a work desk and a big wardrobe for your belongings.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Free hotel-quality linens, fresh towels and toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. There’s also a washer should you need it.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised for your safety.

Come and discover the vibrant “Paris rive gauche” (the Left Bank of Seine river), which is known as the new Quartier Latin! With its original urbanism, centered around the National Library of France (BnF), the main and most emblematic among many other cultural places like MK2 complex of cinema-theaters, Station F (the Start-Ups palace) and Avenue de France where you can enjoy lively cafés, restaurants, retail shops and parklets. Just near by walking, you will reach the Cité de la Mode (Fashion and design city) and the Seine river. From there, just crossing the famous pedestrian bridge Simone de Beauvoir, you will find the Park of Bercy with its running tracks and fitness facilities, and the Cinematheque, with its retrospective of 7th art classics.
In the evening, you may walk to the Butte-aux-Cailles, ideal for a meal or an aperitif! How can we not talk about the 13th without mentioning its mythical Chinatown? Let yourself be surprised by the mix of cultures of this famous district.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
