Fully equipped new 2BR 2BA one BR/BA individual entrance

This fully equipped 2 bedroom /2 bathroom whose full renovation was completed in May 2016 is very centrally located on a little quiet street called rue pecquay in the middle of le Marais. you are 2 blocks away from the Pompidou center which is a major modern art museum. there is a vast selection of metro stations in the neighborhood including the main les Halles/Chatelet metro hub.
The apartment consists of a one-bedroom with living room with a comfortable queen size sofa bed, bedroom with king-size bed ( 180*200 cm or 72*80 inches), large closet, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/drier, traditional and microwave oven, full-size fridge and freezer and shower room and an adjacent small studio with twin beds which can easily be transformed into a queen-size bed and a shower room. there is a coat rack and a shelf in the studio but no closet. the one-bedroom and the studio have their own individual entrances closed to each other see pictures but do not communicate directly. the studio and the one-bedroom lock with a different key.
Please be aware that the one-bedroom and the studio do not rent separately and are a walk-up on the first floor ( second American). there are only this one bedroom and this studio on the first floor of the building. they can provide privacy for two couples or adult children with their parents due to the independent entrance. they open on the rue pecquay street with three windows which are each equipped with blinds and shutters.

The apartment comes with free WI-FI, and international cable channels.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers high-quality linens and towels.

Le Marais is one of the most charming areas of Paris. XVII century-old district with plenty of 'hotels particulars' (mansions) and gardens. Museums. Luxury shopping, galleries, and the traditional selection of food shops you can find in a French living area.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 200pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 200pm.

This is a great property, particularly if you want a totally separate bedroom with it's own entrance. We invited our 2 younger nephews to join us in Paris (19, 21) so they could come and go as they please, without disturbing us (we are in our 70"s). Probably the most important, it is a GREAT location and it has very comfortable beds! Olivier the property manager was very responsive to our questions/requests.

Excellent spot in a great neighborhood

We stayed here as a family of four to explore Paris. Olivier was very helpful and greeted us when we arrived to show us the apartment. We were very impressed by the space and its proximity to many things we wanted to see in the city. We really enjoyed sitting in the window, eating a fresh baguette and cheese from the cheesemonger down the street and listening to all the activity on the boulevard. We would very much recommend and would return for another visit.

Prepare to be underwhelmed

While the property description contains no falsehoods, renters should know that the "studio" is so small that there is only about 9" (22 cm) of clearance around all 3 sides of the bed - so you have to shimmy around the bed if you want to move. There is ZERO space for any luggage. ZERO place to sit, other than on the bed. There is a rack of hooks to hang clothes on, that's it. As for the bathroom - the shower is about 30" (75 cm) square and no soap holder, no towel rack, and no toilet paper holder. The entire space is basically about 4 times the size of a phone booth (or, an airplane bathroom). There is a hairdryer provided - maybe someday there will also be a place to plug it in as well. The larger bath in the main room also had no TP holder and no soap/shampoo holder. Both rooms were very poorly lit - I had to use my cell phone light in order to read a map - forget about reading a book or magazine after sundown. There were no paper towels and the kitchen was, I would say, minimally supplied with silverware. Good selection of knives - that was about it. The corkscrew was one of those miserable direct-pull designs, not an up-to-date articulated design. The kitchen counter top was wood and annoyingly warped from water and long overdue for a sanding and re-finishing. The TV remote offered no "Guide" - so there should have been a printed list of channels, but there was none. There were 3 large floor-stand fans, presumably the "AC" for warm weather - good luck in summer.

Good Location & Shopping

The location is great and close to shops, restaurants and train stations but noisy all hours of the nite, especially Friday and Sat. as it is right next to a busy street and cafe/ bar downstairs. While listed as a two bedroom, it is really two different rooms with separate entrances/doors/keys next two each other. We didn't realize this through the booking. I wouldn't recommend this for people with small children. The second room is very small, the toilet flush was VERY loud. The room had a smell to it like dampness. The main room was really great but this second bedroom area was really disappointing.

Seven night in Marais

We stayed here for seven nights in March 2025. The location is ideal for getting around quickly as it intersects with Rue Rambuteau, which you can take west to Les Halles and its rail connections or you can walk on Rue des Archives to the Seine. The apartment is only one flight of stairs from the ground level. The main bedroom and living area are spacious. The kitchen and bathroom are sized well. The second bedroom is good but might be small for some people. Our interactions with the owner went smoothly with the check in process. We had no issues during our stay so our second interaction was to inform him that we had left. I would gladly stay here again.

you should know

you should know that the apartment is adjoining and partially above a brasserie. This particular brasserie takes on a "bar" character on Friday and Saturday nights with louder music. So if you are not out then and looking for some quiet sleep time, you will want to have your earplugs. Other days you get a small bit of commercial delivery activity, some table scraping around noises, and can hear a squeaky door. You are staying in a densely populated city after all.

Amazing Aptartment in the heart of Le Marais

Amazing host and very communicative. We wanted something small and close to Le Marais. The smaller seperate one bedroom/bathroom was great for our 2 adults but i would not recommend this for small children under 13. Very clean and kitchen well stocked. Would definately recommend for small family. Entry ways and stairs were small so if anyone with mobility issues so consider these before booking.

Amazing Location In The heart of the City !

Absolutely amazing experience, the absolute best location, France public transport is efficient and easy to use , i was hesitant being Australian and using a car for every thing in Australia, but it was great.We are a family of 5 and made it work within the space we had , the insulation was phenomenal in winter, and had no ussues in drying our clothes. I would.moat definitely book this place again . It also wasnt loud and crazy ,it was perfect.

Great location, comfortable apartment

There were three of us staying in this apartment - my husband, his 20+ cousin, and me. It as wonderful for her to have her own space (bedroom, bath, and separate entrance). The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds comfortable. The location couldn't be beat - easy walks to many sites in Paris.

Fui con 3 amigas mĆ”s a Paris, nos hospedamos 7 noches. Olivier es excelente anfitriĆ³n. Yo buscaba 2 recĆ”maras y 2 baƱos completos, pero en este depa una recĆ”mara con su baƱo estĆ” completamente fuera del depa principal y estĆ” demasiado chico ( realmente solo se quedĆ³ una de nosotras) las otras 3 nos quedamos en el depa completo, el cual es muy cĆ³modo de muy buen tamaƱo y la ubicaciĆ³n estĆ” excelente. La calle estĆ” muy silenciosa y agradable, sin embargo en la esquina tienes una calle que cuenta con todo, restaurantes, mercado, pescaderĆ­a, boutiques. Aambiente parisino. Indudablemente nos volverĆ­amos a hospedar aquĆ­, solicitando que sĆ­ haya agua caliente en la recĆ”mara aislada. Nuestra estancia fue fabulosa, estas cerca de museos, zonas de excelente ambiente, hermoso distrito . Gracias Olivier

Beautiful Marais Apartment

We had a great stay at the little apartment in the most amazing neighbourhood in Paris. The second room is very small, but it is as described. The kitchen and washrooms are well equipped. The fans really help cool the place down. Check-in and out was simple.

Marvelous time at Le Marais

We stayed for 4 days - 3 nights at the property and enjoyed every single day. The property and amenities were described accurately and did not disappoint. The location of the property is at the heart of Le Marais and amazingly close to so many beautiful destinations surrounding the 4th Arr. The property is well priced and youā€™ll get a great stay for the cost. Must stay at this property!

Great location

Perfect accommodation for our first stop in Europe with our teenage daughters. The dual entrance worked fine for us and it was great for them to have their own space, albeit quite compact. The location of the property was great, check in process was excellent, and Olivierā€™s communication was fabulous. The apartment was clean and modern with storage space in the main bedroom. The noise from the street/bars did not really bother us at all. Good value for money and would recommend.

Great location in Le Marais

The apartment worked well for our family of 5 adults. Having 2 bathrooms was very helpful. Le Marais is a great district to stay and Oliver was very responsive. There is a bistro on the corner which can be loud with the windows open, but it was ok for our group. Great place!
