The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this secure, renovated apartment ideally located in the emblematic Rue Saint Dominique, a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower!
Perfectly furnished and bright, it can accommodate up to five travelers.
The apartment includes:
• A bright and welcoming living room: the lounge area has a convertible sofa for two people, storage space, a TV and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
• A sleeping area: the bedroom has a Queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding - also storage space and a ceiling fan.
• A bathroom: the bathroom includes a bathtub, toilet, as well as a hairdryer, a full-length mirror, soap & shampoo.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A practical and open kitchen: fully equipped with hob, microwave, kettle, washing machine, Nespresso machine, plates, glasses, cutlery, pans and other kitchen utensils.
• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.
The apartment also has a drying rack, iron and ironing board.

The Neighborhood:
You will be staying in a prestigious and elegant area of the 7th arrondissement, between the famous Invalides and the Eiffel Tower, perfect for discovering Paris on foot in a refined and secure setting. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch at iconic addresses like Café Constant or Le Petit Cler, and enjoy lunch or dinner at the famous Les Cocottes, ideal for sampling traditional French cuisine in a friendly atmosphere. For your daily shopping, several local shops are within walking distance, such as Monoprix, Carrefour City, bakeries and greengrocers for fresh bread, fruit, wine and local products. The quiet and elegant streets of the district also allow you to stroll between cafes, boutiques and typical Parisian terraces.

Arriving at our chic and luminous apartment in the heart of Paris' 7th Arrondissement is as easy as savoring a "croissant"! No matter how you arrive in Paris, our location is conveniently accessible.
From Airports
Charles de Gaulle (CDG): Choose a taxi for direct access, or take the RER B to Châtelet-Les Halles, then transfer to Metro Line 9, which brings you close to the apartment.
Orly Airport: Take a taxi or the Orlyval light rail to Antony, then continue with the RER B and transfer to Metro Line 9, as outlined above.
From Train Stations
Gare du Nord/Gare de l'Est: Directly reach us by taking Metro Line 4 to Strasbourg - Saint-Denis, then transferring to Line 9.
Gare de Lyon: Hop on Metro Line 14 to Madeleine, then switch to Line 8 for a smooth journey.
Public Transportation Access
Metro Line 9: This line is just a short stroll from the apartment and offers easy access to major city attractions.

Check-in & Check-out Times
Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. Late arrivals will be accommodated the following day from 9:30am, subject to additional charges.
Early check-ins or late check-outs may be arranged with confirmation 24 hours in advance, potentially incurring a charge equivalent to 50% of a night's rate.
Deposit Requirement
A deposit of €250 is required to access the property, payable online only by credit card via SWIKLY. This deposit will be refunded from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are incurred.

Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

We provide accommodation only. Cleaning, catering and excursion services are not available during your stay.

The inside of the apt was clean and stocked. Nice towels and sheets. The outside courtyard and stairway were dirty and needed an upgrade. Missing trim, dirty walls, tape on windows, etc! The location was definitely the best part of the rental experience. Shops close by and really close to the Eiffel Tower. The property manager was also very responsive.

New Years Eve Disappointment
My family of 4 were looking forward to this 3-day stay and were very disappointed. We have stayed at many VRBO's, and this was the most unprepared and poorly maintained place we have ever seen. We left after two days to stay at a hotel.
Day 1: The apartment was dirty. The bed linen from the previous guests had not been changed, used towels were on the floor, and the floors unclean. A glass shower wall was gone and the heating unit was detached. Finally, the storage shelving was detaching from the ceiling.
That local agent told us she was sorry for the mess and that a crew would come that evening to address the unsanitary issues. She requested we head out a few hours to allow a crew to clean the place. We returned five hours later at 8 pm and were greeted by the same dirty apartment. In calling the agent, she said she was off for the day and for us to email Holiday Discovery in the U.K. which we did.
Day 2: After staying the first night in the unclean VRBO and no shower, we were told a cleaning crew would arrive on our second day. We had several events planned that day, so we headed out trusting all the issues would be resolved.
Upon returning that evening, the cleaning crew had replaced the bedroom linen and fixed the heater. But, the linen for the sofa bed had been removed and not replaced.
Day 3: Go to Hotel for showers and clean bedding for all. We asked for a refund and are still awaiting it...
