A private entryway reserved exclusively for you, leading to
the staircase. The garage located on this level is not accessible
to guests.

kettle, coffee maker, toaster, full set of dishes

2nd FLOOR — SLEEPING AREA

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: 6 people (2 double beds + sofa bed)

Bedding, towels, and toiletries provided.
Individual heating in each room.

PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is accessed via a staircase, with one flight between the entrance and the living area, followed by a second flight leading to the bedrooms. There is no elevator.

You have the entire apartment to yourself, with
complete privacy.

You enter directly from the street through a door that
is yours alone: no building lobby, no shared hallway
, and no neighbors to run into. The apartment is part of
a small, very quiet condominium with only 4 units.

A private parking space is reserved for you outside.
The enclosed garage on the first floor is not included in the rental.

You can check in at any time using a secure key box. I’ll be available via text message throughout your stay.
