Located on the ground floor facing the street, this very secure and easily accessible apartment is ideal for a functional and relaxing stay in Paris. With a surface area of 52 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests. You will find:
A bedroom with a double bed 160x200 cm
A bedroom with a double bed 140x200 cm
A pleasant living area with a sofa bed 160x190 cm, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The lounge is located on a street. We advise light sleepers to bring earplugs.

The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs: refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, stovetop, extractor hood, oven, combination microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster.

You will also have many amenities for optimal comfort: fiber optic Wifi, fans, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, travel crib and high chair for baby, shower gel, shampoo, wine glasses, champagne glasses, shot glasses, blinds, window protections, and much more.
