Charming flat, pleasant, quiet, fully equipped and ideally located, in a magnificent building in the centre of Paris, in the famous Marais district and a few minutes from the famous Place des Vosges. The location is trendy, chic and very lively thanks to its pedestrian streets which give access to many of the capital's trendy bars, restaurants and fashion boutiques. My accommodation is ideal for a stay as a couple, with family or friends

Flat of 37 m2 located on the ground floor, renovated since 7 August 2023 including:

- Living room with 1 sofa bed
- 1 table and chairs
- Television, Wifi
- Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle)
- 2 bedrooms with double bed and cupboards
- Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional agent.

We sincerely hope that your stay will be the best possible. As specified in our house rules, there is an additional cost for late arrivals:
