The Space:

Welcome to this charming 45 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue Greneta in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The flat has a shower room; the toilet is in a separate water closet.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.



The kitchen is compact but well equipped: mini fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

Rue Greneta sits in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, on the edge of the Sentier neighbourhood — one of the most energetic and fast-evolving parts of central Paris. The area has transformed in recent years into a hub for creative studios, tech startups and independent restaurants, sitting alongside its historic role as the city’s garment district.



The Centre Pompidou and the Marais are a short walk south, while the covered passages of the grands boulevards — particularly the Passage des Panoramas and the Galerie Vivienne — are close by to the north. Rue Montorgueil, one of Paris’s liveliest market streets, is just around the corner with its cafes, cheese shops and boulangeries open every morning.



For transport, Réaumur-Sébastopol (lines 3 and 4) is the closest metro station, with Étienne Marcel (line 4) equally convenient. The neighbourhood is also very walkable, with Les Halles, the Louvre and the Marais all reachable on foot.

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
