 Great 66 sqm apartment, optimized renovation on the ground floor of a quiet courtyard. It consists of:





On the grounfloor: 







  • Separate kitchen equipped with microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove, kettle, teapot, and everything needed for cooking.


  • Living / dining room with sofa bed 140 cm sleeping 2 people, a coffee table, a HD TV, internet and cupboard


  • dining area with a large table and 6 chairs. Buffet.


  • First bedroom with a bed of 160 x 200 cm, wardrobe and bedside. Courtyard side


  • Second bedroom with window overlooking the living room, bed 160 x 200cm. Dressing.


  • A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.






In the basement, a completely renovated souplex, accessible by a beautiful staircase:





A wonderful bathroom with shower, bathtub, without window.





The linen is provided (sheets and towels). Iron and ironing board. Electric heating.





 





The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.





- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

Great location, nice apartment. Host was very responsive and helpful. Only negative was that the master bathroom had no toilet. I should’ve looked more carefully at the photos, but assume 2BA means two full bathrooms, including sink, toilet, and shower.

Great location

Pro: Location, location, location. Central to everything with groceries, restaurants and cafes on the street. Apt is set back from the street so we didn't hear noise. Management company was pleasant, helpful, and professional. Check-in was easy- someone was waiting for us at the apt. We stayed in mid-June and it was fine w/o AC (temps were in the 60-70's) as they have a lot of fans in the apt. Downstairs newly renovated bathroom is nice. Con: We didn't have any issues but it's worth noting that most of the windows don't open and the bedroom by the staircase doesn't have an outside window. That said, they did a lot with lighting so it feels bright and they have an air circulation system and provide fans. We would stay here again.

Klein maar fijn!

Perfecte locatie, mooi ingericht. Slaapbank is niet heel comfortabel en kraakt maar tienerzoon vond het prima. Huis is meer voor 4 dan voor 6 personen geschikt qua ruimte. Toilet idd een dingetje terwijl er beneden een spikplinternieuwe prachtige badkamer is geplaatst maar dan zonder toilet. Alles is in de keuken aanwezig. Helaas is er geen eigen buiten waar je even kunt genieten van de zon of de rust. Er is een gezamenlijke binnenplaats waar je niet mag zitten. In de woning zijn weinig luchtmogelijkheden. Er zijn twee kantelramen.Maar! Al met al prima plek om Parijs te ontdekken want je slaapt er alleen maar.

Smaller than expected but cozy

The property was smaller than expected considering the cost. The gentleman during the check in process was great and friendly. The other thing that was frustrating was that there was only one toilet. For a family of 4 this was kind of a pain but for a couple it should be ok.

Only one toilet and it’s barely useable

Coming from out of the country we didn’t have reliable cell service and we relied on the previously emailed check in instructions. We arrived and waited for 40 minutes on the busy sidewalk with all of our luggage. After a half hour someone let us inside the gate so the last ten minutes we were off the busy sidewalk which we were thankful for. When he finally got there to let us in he was rude to my husband because we didnt have cell service and he was unapologetic for being late. The bedrooms are tiny. One bedroom had a shower-only bathroom that was smaller than an RV bathroom. I had to leave the door open and leave my clothes on a table outside the door. The other bathroom was off the living room and included a shower and a toilet with a sink that is LITERALLY in your lap as you’re sitting on the toilet. I have a bad knee and sitting and standing with the sink overlapping the toilet made it very hard. Be aware, if you’re very big you will not be able to use this bathroom. Even drying off after taking a shower in that bathroom is very difficult. The washer dryer takes four hours to dry a load. This is not an exaggeration. The apartment was mostly clean. However the floor was filthy. Also in the bedroom we used there was a large mold spot on the wall. So if you’re sensitive to mold beware. The neighborhood was perfect. Great shopping and an amazing bakery across the street. Best bread ever.

Excellent location

I will definitely rent the property again. The location and courtyard are incredible. The flat itself is was a great size for myself and two friends. The only downside was the bathroom sink was too large and blocked access to the toilet and shower. Overall definitely a five-star experience!

Fantastic home base in great neighborhood

This apartment was perfect for our family stay in Paris. It was comfortable and quiet and had room for us to relax together. The bathroom is extremely small but the shower was good. The street and neighborhood are perfect, as if out of a movie set.

The location was fantastic. Our host met us at the unit to explain everything. We didn’t realize that there was only one toilet between the 2 bathrooms so that was a bit inconvenient for the 4 of us sharing the unit. Otherwise it was great!

un peu déçus

Appartement idéalement situé à 2 pas de Beaubourg. Vue sur cour intérieure, en rez de chaussée donc pas très lumineux. Les seules fenêtres que l'on peut ouvrir en oscillo battant donnent sur une courette glauque avec dépôt de matériel cassé.(vieil echafaudage...) Une chambre est borgne. Le coin toilettes est minuscule (à deconseiller aux personnes de forte corpulence). Comme il est impossible d'aérer, une odeur d'humidité prenante et incommodante a persisté pendant 2jours. Le lave vaisselle était extrêmement sale et ne sèche pas ( a changer). Cafetiere hors d'état d'usage. Le tarif me semble trop élevé pour la prestation! Nous ne louerons plus cet appartement

Nice location, but less than pleased with the hosts

I'll start with the good things - perfect location, especially for people loving walking in the city. Furniture is new and beds are comfortable. The main room (shown on the first picture) is cozy and enough for 5 people to have good time. But those hidden fees, are just a deal breaker. Maybe they are allowed by HomeAway, maybe they are not - but a fee for Sunday check out (which consisted of us leaving the keys at the table), sound stupid. Another small fee for toilet paper and garbage bags (which are not more than 2-3 EUR in the nearby shop), and even more scandalous - a charge for 3 small bottles of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner (around 3 times the actual price of said items)... Another thing that surprised us was that the two bathrooms are exactly... two bathrooms (which means that you have two showers and one toilet, not ideal for 5 people, since you use the shower once daily and the toilet much more ;)). Both of them are really small, its almost hard to use it. And one of the rooms doesn't have a window (it has a vent on the ceiling, but no fan) and some kind of small niche next to the wardrobe, that has a staircase full of mold and fungus and quite smelly.

The place is moldy and windows do not open. The 2 that open a crack is exposed to garbage, debri. There are bugs in the sink. My host was impatient and rude in his first greeting. Never answered my distressed text. Always informing me that he was burdened by my presence . I will never come here

Gorgeous apartment in the best place in city!

The apartment was modern, beautiful, and clean. Our family of four was very comfortable staying here, the management company was very easy to work with and accessible. It was quiet, the beds were big and comfortable, and the showers were great (lots of hot water and good water pressure). And, we loved the street and location of the apt, a minute walk to the Pompidou. The apartment is surrounded by great cafes, shops, restaurants, and once you enter the courtyard, you are in a private haven. We would stay here again and recommend it to all of our friends!

Loved the apt. Loved the neighborhood. Very convienient to everything. Metro, museums , shopping, restaurants, markets. Great patisserie right next door. Apt was smallish but manageable. Better for 4 people than 6.

Loved the location, no stairs, quiet.

I was aware of the one small bathroom and the inconvenience that it could cause for 5 people when I rented. Fortunately we were only two people after all. The showers were well sized for Europe with plenty of hot water. The high cieling in the main room made it seem more spacious and the bedrooms a little cramped but adequate. Very little closet space but enough for two. We were an older couple and probably had more cloths than some. It would be nice if there were instructions in several languages to run the washer and oven. I'm not clever with those things to begin with so ended up not cooking or doing laundry in the apartment, which I would have liked to have done. The agents / owners were always helpful with good communication and I could have called them but was too busy enjoying Paris. You would never need to cook anyway. There is every conceivable prepared food right outside the front door. This was my third apartment rental in Europe and in this price category they are comparable. The TV, wifi, wine glasses, exc. were all good. refrigerator and freezer good. I would rent it again, as the good points outweighed the small inconveniences I've mentioned. Also "Agnes" the contact upon arrival was right on time and very helpful.
