For your comfort year-round, the apartment is equipped with two air conditioners—one in the living room and one in the bedroom upstairs—ensuring a pleasant temperature even during warmer months.

Please note: As the apartment has roof windows, guests sensitive to light should be aware that while there are electric blinds and shutters to darken the space, you might prefer to bring your favorite sleep mask for extra comfort.

* City Relay is not liable for any loss of keys or any other property items

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non EU residents.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
