Just outside Paris, this comfortable space offers quick access to the capital’s must-see attractions. You’ll also enjoy the proximity of a green space, perfect for walks with your pet. An enclosed outdoor parking lot is also available for the duration of your stay.

This beautiful apartment in Ivry-sur-Seine, with an area of 55 m 2, can accommodate up to 4 people. It includes a bedroom with a double bed 160x200, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The beautiful lounge area is perfect for relaxing after a busy day, and it is equipped with a convertible armchair (1 place) 70x185, ideal for a child or a teenager, as well as a 90x195 driver that can accommodate an additional person.

The city has a rich history, with medieval origins and strong industrial development in the 19th and 20th centuries, particularly in the chemical and metallurgical sectors, with metal manufactures and workshops that have marked its industrial landscape.
Today, Ivry-sur-Seine offers a mix of historical heritage, residential areas and green spaces, as well as many shops, local restaurants and cultural places (3 theatres including the Manufacture des Œillets and 1 cinema).
