This beautiful, bright 41 m² flat is located on the 4th floor of a building without a lift. Pleasantly appointed and fully equipped, it offers:

- a comfortable study area,
- a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer),
- a bedroom with double bed,
- a bathroom with shower, separate toilet,
- Wi-Fi and TV, stereo system,
- washing machine, ironing facilities, hairdryer, hoover.

- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: €22
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: €44

## Neighborhood

Right in the heart of Paris, discover the Aligre district with its famous market held almost every morning. When it comes to eating out, the choice is yours: if your palate leans towards Italy, go to Passerini; if it prefers to experiment with Vietnamese flavours, head for Do et Riz. Walk to Place de la Bastille and then Place des Vosges before heading to the Louvre via the Marais or to the Panthéon, stopping in front of Notre-Dame de Paris. Nearby metro line 8 will take you to the Palais Garnier, Place de la Concorde or Les Invalides. For a walk with a change of scenery, take the René-Dumont green corridor along a former railway line or wander along rue Crémieux, with its colourful facades.
