Located on the 8ᵉ floor with lift, it comprises:

- two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds for children ;

- a lounge area where you can relax after a day out;

- The Buttes Bergeyre are right in front of the residence
- Belleville market 5 minutes' walk away (Tuesdays and Fridays);
- Canal Saint-Martin and Canal de l'Ourcq are 10 to 15 minutes' walk away
- La Villette is a 20-minute walk away; and much more besides...
- 10 minutes' walk from the Halles Secrétan and the Jourdain district
- 20 minutes' walk from Place de la République

You'll particularly appreciate the brightness (south-facing) and tasteful decor of the flat.

Imagine lounging on the terrace with an aperitif, while gazing at the Eiffel Tower and other Paris landmarks (Tour Montparnasse, Arc de Triomphe, Beaubourg, Invalides, etc.).

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Television, Wifi, Fan, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Video, Board games.

The flat is close to metro lines 2 and 11 for direct access to Châtelet, the Marais, Montmartre and the Quais de Seine.
You'll find 2 supermarkets (Franprix and Coccinelle) at the foot of the building for your everyday needs, as well as a bakery, tobacconist, wine cellar and cheese shop all within a 5-minute walk.

Some good addresses to recommend to you (very nice restaurants in the vicinity):
Candide Belleville, Paloma, Petit Navire, Le Cadoret, La Cale, Mensae, Ana Siam, Tripletta, Fripon and the Belleville Food Market (last Thursday evening of the month).

## Emplacement
The 19th arrondissement is a district of Paris, located in the north of the city. Very pleasant to live, it has various environments, with very different populations and is very appreciable for the families and the children in general.
