Bright Apartment in Batignolles – Parisian Charm, Self Check-In

Welcome to this bright Parisian apartment in the authentic Batignolles district, perfect for two guests. Fully equipped for a comfortable stay, it features a living room with a sofa bed (170 x 93 cm, mattress topper), dining table for two, and a portable air conditioner (can be moved to the bedroom). For exceptional heat, a second rolling air conditioner and a large fan are in the bedroom. An alternative sleeping option is available; the vacuum-packed duvet is in the entrance storage.



The bedroom offers a double bed (140 x 200 cm) with a hybrid mattress, drawer storage, clothes rack, Smart TV with streaming, desk, chair, and a fan. Bed linen is provided.



The kitchen includes a quiet fridge-freezer, dishwasher, convection oven, two ceramic hobs, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker with thermos, toaster, and tea towels.



Bathroom: Large shower, electric water heater, towel warmer, new fast-cycle washing machine, and hairdryer. 1 bath sheet and 1 towel per person included. Please do not use the washing machine and shower simultaneously for safety.



WC: Separate with window.



Self check-in via key box; instructions sent before arrival. Flexible hours depending on availability. Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.



Batignolles is a charming area near the park, with markets, cafés, restaurants, independent shops, and a village feel. Metro lines 2 (Rome) and 14 (Cardinet) are nearby, with easy access from Roissy-CDG, Orly, Beauvais, and Eurostar (Gare du Nord). Self-service bikes are close by.



House rules:

- Respect quiet hours 10:00 p.m.–10:00 a.m.

- Do not use the washing machine and shower at the same time.

- Clean sink and hobs with white anti-limescale spray (under sink) and green sponge side, then dry with paper towels.

- Spray red chlorine bleach on the shower floor regularly.

- Leave the bathroom window open for 5 minutes after showering.

- Do not place suitcases on white tables.

- Drawer storage in bedroom and living room; suitcase storage under the bed.
