The windowless flat comprises two bedrooms with double beds facing the street (see last photo), a small, compact bathroom, and a cosy living room with a sofa, ideal for unwinding after a day out in Paris. We would like to gently draw travelers' attention to the size of the bathroom. ## Emplacement
The 10th arrondissement of the city of Paris is now a popular area on the Rive Droite, where many students share large and old Haussmann apartments, where theaters, cafes and restaurants are rarely empty. Occupying a strategic position between the Grands Boulevards overlooking Montmartre, Place de la République and beyond, Bastille and Belleville but also Stalingrad, the 10th arrondissement seems to be in the middle of everything. In addition, the major and popular transit centers, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, are both located in the 10th arrondissement.
