This charming villa with a private pool, centrally located in Pernera is just a short walk to the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars, and very close to the beautiful Pernera – Protaras boardwalk that leads you to Fig Tree Bay Beach.

The living room features a comfortable seating area, widescreen TV and patio doors leading to the garden and pool. Pernera is a charming resort area which has grown in popularity over the past 10 years due to the development of a number of holiday villas and apartments. A newly built seafront promenade connects Pernera to the neighbouring resort of Protaras and is an excellent way to view the rugged coastline and visit the numerous sandy beaches that both resorts offer. Daily boat trips are available at different points along the Pernera and Protaras coastline, which give a great view of the fabulous coastline and a pass from the outskirts of the abandoned ghost town of Famagusta, which is located to the north of the area.
