The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for an easy self catering stay, while outside you can make the most of the private pool, outdoor dining area, and BBQ space. Sun loungers invite you to unwind in the sunshine, and the roof garden is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning, sunbathe during the day, or sip sunset drinks in the evening.



Guests have full access to the entire property, including the private pool, garden, BBQ area, outdoor dining space, and rooftop terrace. Free private parking is also available on site for added convenience.

The villa is around 50 minutes from Larnaca International Airport and is easy to reach by car or taxi. Local buses and taxis also make it easy to explore Protaras, Ayia Napa, and nearby attractions.



The pool can be heated on request for an extra charge. Please note that young groups under the age of 25 are not accepted. Towels, bed linen, essentials, air conditioning, and free WiFi are all included to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.
