- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.

PARKING
You will have access to the driveway space for up to 6 vehicles during your stay.

CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days before check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

Here you’ll be tucked away amongst the Purcell Mountains, with views of the Rocky Mountains, all while being a short drive to beautiful Lake Windermere. People travel here year-round from all over the globe to enjoy our lake and mountain activities as well as to explore our whimsical little town of Invermere. This town has a way of making people never want to leave with its welcoming spirit, friendly locals, delicious restaurants, cafes and interesting boutiques. There’s always something to do - even if it’s just having a pint with a friend. Life is simpler here, and we know you’re going to love it.


To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 15 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.

8. For your garbage and recycling, please ensure it is stored inside at all times to avoid attracting wildlife. Prior to departure, please take it to the Panorama Transfer Station on your right-hand side as you are heading back towards Invermere. Please note that there will be a $50 removal fee if garbage is left in the unit, so we recommend bringing it by periodically during your stay to make checkout easier.

We have enjoyed our stay so much. The house was perfect, everything you need is available. We could use a bit more storage for clothing in the master bedroom. If we come back to this area, we will definately book this house again!

This property has size and location going for it. There is plenty of space for a large family or group and if you are a skier or golfer you only have a very short walk to get to the lift or club house. We had inquired about a Christmas tree and were pleasantly surprised to find the home fully decorated. They had exceeded any expectation we had!The house had lots of kitchen supplies, however a bit of organization would help in order to find what was needed. There was little to no wine glasses which was rather disappointing especially for Christmas dinner. I am sure with short turnarounds between groups there is little chance to organize, but it would have made the experience perfect. I would also suggest a different set of bunk beds in the basement. The logs take up a lot of space and are extremely messy. The hot tub was large and a perfect place to relax after a day of skiing and outdoor activities. Instructions posted near the hot tub would have been helpful for making sure we were maintaining it properly. If you are looking for a perfect spot for a large family or group, this is definitely the property to consider.

This management company is 1st class to deal with. Very quick to respond and eager to please. House was beautiful and location is almost impossible to beat if Greywolf is your destination. Will be back for sure. Thank you!
