PARKING You will have access to the driveway space for up to 3 small vehicles during your stay. Additional parking space is available at the nearby Greywolf Golf Course parking lot.
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

Here you’ll be tucked away amongst the Purcell Mountains, with views of the Rocky Mountains, all while being a short drive to beautiful Lake Windermere. People travel here year-round from all over the globe to enjoy our lake and mountain activities as well as to explore our whimsical little town of Invermere. This town has a way of making people never want to leave with its welcoming spirit, friendly locals, delicious restaurants, cafes and interesting boutiques. There’s always something to do - even if it’s just having a pint with a friend. Life is simpler here, and we know you’re going to love it.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: * You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. * You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. * You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
HOUSE RULES: 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. No parties or events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed 10 people (reduced as of May 7, 2026, as required by the regional district).
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property, including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.
7. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home in Panorama! It was perfect for our family - spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The backyard was beautiful and made for a great spot to relax, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking together. Location was fantastic, close to everything, but still quiet and peaceful.The hosts were responsive and welcoming, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. We’d happily stay here again on our next trip to Panorama!

Really well appointed, clean, and beautiful property. It was hard to access the property because of the snow in the driveway at check in. We had to shovel for a while. Luckily the neighbours helped out. But the driveway needs to be clear at check in at this price. Other than that the property is fantastic.

What a beautiful home, and so well planned out and stocked for large groups to stay! Two dishwashers in the kitchen, large oven, two full sized fridges, warm, cozy throws on the couches to sit and relax and watch the snow fall. Our hosts were so welcoming and quick to answer any questions we had. Immaculately clean!! Sitting out in the hot tub watching the snow fall we felt we were in a hallmark Christmas movie! Highly recommend this home!
