"The price for my stay was very nice for the hotel room. It does seem safe although there are stairs. Not recommended for handicapped people or physically disabled people. Surprisingly, the location is quiet unless if you have loud people in adjacent room. If that's the case, the walls are very thin. Considerable ampount of food and dining options if without transportation since the Bangi Complex Shopping is right there. The facilities are clean enough. "The wall paint was peeling, and there was no refill of mineral water, soap, and shampoo. We had to request these items at the counter. On one occasion, one of the receptionists mistakenly thought I was asking for more, even though I had been staying there for several days."

"It was a pretty decent hotel, comfortable and big room. The walls were thick but there was some very noisy guests, but that's not the hotel's fault. However, the location was not very convenient, there's a big highway right in front of it and the only way to cross was a walkway that was about 500m from the hotel. Also, not a whole lot to see in the surrounding area."
