"The hotel should be able to give at least one or two extra hours for check-out for customers who requested them. "

"I would like to share my honest feedback regarding our stay. Unfortunately, the service has been disappointing from the time we arrived. There was a delay in check-in, which I understood given the hotel’s occupancy, and the staff assisting us was accommodating. "No lift, only staircase.Inconvinien for old folk or with heavy luggage if you stay lvl 3. 1st glance of room looks ok. But later found small cockroach in the room. Also a small insect on bed sheet. And also, there is small ants on the wall and table. Room is spacious with window for superior type. The toilet layout is strange that need 3 steps on it.Poor sound proof. Wont be return if have a choice."

"So far it had been a great escape and relaxing moment for me and my husband"

The location is fine as I just needed something close to Presint 18. Staff were friendly but incorrectly told me I needed to pay tourism tax and I was required to evidence that it was already covered by Expedia. I understand that power requires the key card but it's the first time this extended to plug sockets which meant my phone didn't charge while...
