Please note you will be required to pay $60 per vehicle to register your car, one bedroom units are allowed one car and 2/3 bedrooms are allowed 2. Unit comes with Beach Service.

The owners have taken special care to make this Calypso rental a place you'll want to come every year. They’ve done a lot to upgrade this property. There’s high speed wireless internet here so enjoy it wherever you in the condo.

But let’s talk about what makes this a special place for you.

Let’s start with the view! You step out on the balcony and you get to look at the most beautiful beach in the world. Right here. And there's just the right spot to enjoy you morning coffee and catch a glimpse of the dolphins that play off shore. You’ll want to spend lots of time here. It’s big and comfortable.

The living area is comfortable. It’s got a great look that says “I’m at the beach.” It’s really colorful and fun and it really makes the most of the room in every room. There’s plenty of space for all your beach things, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It’s the views.

Your LIVING ROOM sofa opens up as a queen sleeper. There's a chair that turns into a twin pullout bed. There’s a new Flat Screen And it’s equipped with XFINITY so you get lots of channels. The DVD player lets you play movies when you’re beached out. But, your eyes will wander to the beach every time.

Both your dining area and the kitchen are set up so that you get these terrific views as well. And the kitchen's got everything you need whether you're grabbing a snack or whipping up a gourmet meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. While you’ll probably want to go out a lot, you’re going to enjoy eating here.

Your MASTER SUITE is one of the few in Calypso that has a beach view with balcony access! It’s furnished with KING SIZE BED with a seagrass headboard. Really colorful bedding that is a nice contrast to the wall color. There’s another big TV here and same cable package.

The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

The MASTER SUITE and the QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA in the living room making sleeping room for 4 with 1 full and 1 half bath.

Panama City Beach is best known for its 27 mile stretch of sugar-white sand beaches and clear, emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Go shopping at Pier Park. This brightly colored, open-air gem features national chain stores and local favorites like Abercrombie, CHICO’s, Ron Jon’s Surf Shop, Target, Starbucks, and more. Pier Park also hosts outdoor entertainment and recreation throughout the year.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
