Our WINDSONG end unit includes over 1505 square foot of living space, which is the most spacious of all the 2 bedroom floor plans at Splash. Both master suites and living area all give way to a massive sized balcony overlooking the Gulf, making this one of the most unique units at Splash. Only a few of these exclusive dual master suite units exist at SPLASH. The sleeping arrangements include two king bed master suites, a king size pull out sleeper sofa, and a private bunk area. Our unit is conveniently located on the 12th floor (not too high or too low). We loved the location not being in the busiest parts of Panama City! The condo was great with both masters having their own access to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The chairs that included in the rental are also such an easy process! We plan on coming back in the future!

The space was amazing. We had 4 adults and 4 children 5 and under. There was plenty of room for all of us. The balcony is huge. The rooms are huge and there is plenty of storage space. There was plenty ofparking and that was nice. The pools were nice and shaded. The splash pad with the big bucket was FREEZING. Our kids didn't play on it because of that. But we had tons of fun regardless. Overall, great place and would highly recommend. Perfect for kids. The splash pad/water slides area

We had an amazing stay. The condo was amazing and it was located on a perfect floor. We had everything we needed. The weather was beautiful and we will definitely stay here again. Best 50th birthday trip ever!!

The unit is beautiful! Splash is a fun place for families. We arrived well after check in and the desk was closed; the PM walked us through what to do and was very responsive via VRBO app. We enjoyed relaxing inside, on the balcony, at the various pools and the beach (which is so conveniently close!). The included beach chair service was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend!

The condo itself was very clean. However the property had bugs crawling outside and inside the lobby and grills. It was also noted that parking would be $25 per two vehicles, but when we arrived we had to pay $35 per vehicle and was told the policy changed in January. I messaged the property owner along with proof of the new parking contract. He stated he was not aware of the new policy change but when I asked for my money back since it was falsely stated he never would respond back to me. I sent multiple messages as well and never got a response.

We have stayed at Splash multiple times and have always had a good experience. This was the first time renting from this host due to our family growing and needing more space now. The only recommendation that our family would suggest is allowing the air to drop below the fixed temperature. But we will most definitely book again next year!

We had a great stay! The room was exactly what we wanted and we had everything we needed. This was our first time at Splash and we will definitely be planning to stay here again. We go to Panama City Beach each year and if we have the opportunity we will definitely be renting this condo again.

We stayed here with our teenage kids and grandparents. Place was great! Plenty of room for all of us. Nice big balcony. Only complaint would be the mattress in one of the master suits needs replaced. The other one was great! Decor feels beachy. Walking distance to some restaurants and shopping. Short drive to pier park. Make sure to bring laundry detergent, paper products, dishwasher detergent etc. would recommend adding some Tupperware to the condo. Plenty of cooking pans and utensils. Easy to get in touch with owner :) We would return!

Not many two bedroom condos that have two masters that are oceanfront! The pull out sofa bed is extremely comfortable! We started looking online after laying on it for one in our own home. Plenty of space for everyone! 12th floor isn’t too high and isn’t too low. Splash has multiple pools and of course the water park is fun for the kids. Location is just a couple minutes from Winn-Dixie grocery store and a few minutes from Pier Park. Great place!

We enjoyed the room! It was nicely decorated and furnished well. The owner responded to my messages quickly. The lowest you can set the AC is 70, we prefer it a little cooler but we survived. The elevators were a nightmare(obviously no fault of the condo owner, they were great, but just FYI for those considering staying at Splash). Also there is no wheelchair ramp from the resort to the beach. So if you have beach wagons or wheel chairs be prepared to carry them down steps to get to the beach. My recommendations for the condo would be a bigger kitchen garbage can, more kitchen towels and wash cloths, and box fans for each room(there’s one in a closet but we couldn’t get it to work). My mom slept on the couch bed and she said it was one of the best she had ever slept on! The resort beach is not private, it has public access. So we had to get up early every morning to get the spot we wanted on the beach. Also the splash pad/pool water was freezing!! Overall we loved the room, it was clean and we didn’t have to do a million things before we checked out(which is plus for me when you have little kids and stuff to get out the door on time).

We have stayed at splash many times and always enjoy the property. The lazy river jets were not functioning, but that’s not the owners fault. We were supposed to have 6 in our group but only ended up with 5. I would have called the owner for more towels if everyone was there we would not have had enough. We were fine since there was just three of us. It’s time to replace the couch and outdoor cushions. There were 4 chairs and only 3 cushions. Again I did not reach out to the owner since we had what we needed, but it should be addressed. There are no tall glasses in the unit, just juice size glassware. The listing says coffee maker, so we brought coffee and filters, but it’s actually a Keurig so that would have been good to know. Everything worked, but there are large pieces of paint falling off the oven. These are small cosmetic issues, but should be resolved. We enjoyed the spacious set up of this unit along with the great views! Elevators can be an issue on check in/out days but you can always arrive, get your parking pass and wrist bands to enjoy the pool or beach then unload the car after the rush! Check out is the same. We load the night before leaving so it’s easier. If you wait to get a cart and try to catch an elevator at 10 your going to be in for a long wait! This unit is close to the elevators and located on the tower with the splash pad, but it’s easy access to all the amenities. I used the gym most days and the equipment has seen better days. Would go back.

Didn’t like the fact I couldn’t set thermostat to what I’m accustomed too. Which caused me and my family to get really hot at night. Other than that it was good. No Arcade and No Bowling Ally. So don’t believe that.
