This beachfront 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the 9th floor of the beautiful Splash Resort East Tower, with private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and white sandy beaches. It has 1 king bed, 2 bunk beds and 1 queen sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The unit is decorated with a beautiful tropical theme and have a fully-equipped kitchen, giving you all the conveniences of home while on vacation.

Splash Resort is located on west side of Panama City Beach, right on the Front Beach road. We had a great time at the condo. Our host always responded to any questions we had. We so enjoyed looking our over the gulf and seeing the beautiful colors of the water and of course seeing dolphins from the balcony was an extra plus.

Great Beach Trip for Family with Kids!

Overall an amazing place to stay. The room was great, clean and didn't have a musty smell like other places in the facility. The floors were really clean and the host was good at commuting and solving any issues we had. (He got the drain fix in the shower to help the water go down, within 24 hours of our request) My kids loved the bunk bed, and ladder was sturdier than the last place we stayed at. Wish there was some basic condiments available in the apartment but that was our fault to assume. The whole building was a little run down, and bathroom downstairs could have been cleaner and well stock but thats not on the host. The kids loved the lazy river, the splash pad and the beach. Reserve your beach chair early cause the first row gets filled fast. (They open at 830 but the line starts at around 8 AM!) Overall, great time for the kids, which you know are the bosses.

Excellent Play to Stay

This property was great for the family. The location was great and loved staying at Splash Resort. The condo was great. There were tons of pros to staying here. The only negative thing I have to say is I wish the master room had curtains because the light from hallway shinned right in on the bed. We just hung a beach towel up to help with it.

The condo and owner were great. The resort not so much. I have been to almost every resort in PCB, and I have never seen the beach chairs rolled up by 230, and the pools werent even enjoyable for the kids. I guess if it was 100 out they would have been great, but way to cold for the little ones. Nice place, but so many better resorts out there.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Splash and an incredible view of the gulf. The host, Allen was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had throughout our stay. He made the check-in process seamless. His condo was clean, comfortable and very spacious! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great vacation. We will definitely be back and book with Allen again!

Great Choice for the Whole Family

We stayed a week with ages 10, 28, 32, 53 and 55. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo was clean and stocked with amenities. We loved having the beach chairs and umbrella. There were double red flags part of our stay so it was wonderful to have the splash pad, swimming pools and lazy river. We could've stayed here and never left Splash. The onsite ice cream/donut/pizza/coffee shop was so convenient. Plus the pool has a full bar and grill. The elevator wait times were not an issue. Parking was so easy and convenient. I will definitely stay here again. I also liked that there were free beach toys in a box at the end of the boardwalk that other vacationers had left behind for other children to enjoy. You should bring your own beach towels and also dish soap as none was provided (there are 2 dishwasher pods). The check in and check out was so easy. I have no complaints about this unit whatsoever. We had a fantastic time and cannot wait to return.

Great Please to spend a week

Our Stay was great! Alan was a responsive host, and provided us everything we needed. The place was clean, and comfortable. It was not 100% luxury, or drippings with technology and new things, but it was 100% what you need at the beach. Two TVs that had the ability to watch TV and log into your accounts for the rainy days. There was a coffee maker, and plenty of Ice from the Fridge Ice Machine. The Bunk beds were great for the kids, and the Master Bedroom Bed was comfortable. The two bathrooms provided a bath tub and a shower which was great to get two kids clean at once. The Balcony was great, but the only downside was there was a lot of Pigeon Poop on the balcony. Not something that can really be helped, but it was a little excessive in the corners. Overall I woudl stay here again in a heartbeat as i have stayed in 3 different rooms in splash, and this one was the best so far.

Great Place

The location was perfect. The view from the condo was awesome! Loved the amenities!! Especially the onsite grill/bar, heated pools, hot tub, and splash zone. Was nice that the unit included beach chairs and umbrella! The owner was very responsive when the A/C wasn’t up to par. He quickly had a repair person to the unit and had it fixed. Only 4 stars on cleanliness due to patio table being dirty- he quickly provided contact information for the cleaning crew! Will be staying here again!

Great family vacation!

This was the best location for small kiddos! My daughter loved the kids water park and lazy river. The host was amazing with allowing early check in and communication! The unit was clean and ready to use!

Pretty good condo

The condo was pretty decent. There were some things that could definitely be worked on. I’ll start with the pros- 9th floor so not too high up, the room was the perfect size for our family- my husband and I, our 13 year old niece, and our 2 and 3 year old kiddos. The 13 & 3 year old slept in the bunks and 2 year old slept in a pack n play in our room. Our first night the fire alarm in the condo beeped all night because of a low battery. I sent the owner a text and he promptly had it fixed. Very pleased. Perfect fridge size, two coffee makers, toaster. The two rental beach chairs that came with the room were also nice to have. Cons- the room could def use a new couch and a recliner of some sort. The furniture wasn’t comfortable at all, and truthfully wasn’t clean. The floors looked clean but were SO dirty. Our feet were black within minutes of walking on them. There was stuff/crumbs on the couch from the last tenets I believe. It wasn’t pleasant. The balcony was disgusting, I swept it off and had to wipe the table down bc it was nasty. There was a pretzel under the tv stand, my kids didn’t have pretzels. I think the cleaning crew needs to be way more thorough while cleaning the rooms. Lastly, the door was hard to close. If you just walked out or in and let it close behind you, it didn’t latch. You had to literally push or pull with a good bit of force to get it to close. All in all, it was okay. But not perfect.

Family Vacation

The start of our trip was rocky, since we got there (2 hours after check in) and the place had not yet been cleaned. Alan promptly responded and had a cleaner there within 20 minutes; which was great! She unfortunately did a quick and only superficial spot clean; I'm unsure if it would have been a more thorough clean had it been done earlier in the day. That being said, none of that was the fault of the host. The set-up of the rental was great and family-friendly, but would also be perfect for a couple. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking (we brought our own tupperware). Loved having a washer/dryer - it allowed us to pack lighter! Kids loved the splash pad and multiple pool options. Having the beach service included with reserved chairs was great! We would definitely stay again, and recommend it to others!

Beach view and easy walk to beach. Enjoyed our view from 9th floor. Unit could use updating. Loved the beach view from the balcony but someone in another unit smoked on their balcony quite often, so I did not enjoying sitting on the balcony as often as I normally would. Thank you for the 2 beach chairs and umbrella that was included with our stay!

Great for families with kids

We had a great time(cold weather excluded). Alan was a great host, very informative compared to a friend of mines experience with a different site. The room was cute, clean, and felt spacious because of the layout. It also had everything we needed in the kitchen which was important to us.

Amazing Vacation

We had the best time on vacation. The condo was perfect and clean. We had plenty of room for our family of 4. All appliances worked great and we really enjoyed having complementary beach chairs. The owner was very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly and was kind. We would definitely book this condo again in the future!!!!

It's a nice place, but it can be better

We enjoyed our time staying at the resort. Review of the owner: The owner responded promptly to our questions via vrbo, email, text, and phone call. He provided us with clear instruction to get to the condo, to check-in, and to access the condo itself. The check-in time was supposed to be 4pm, but the owner was gracious enough to let us go into the condo at 3pm. Review of the condo: Negative points: When we walked in, our first impression was that the condo wasn't cleaned properly by the cleaning person. I'm not sure when it was last cleaned. The soles of our feet were black from walking on the tacky floor. I think the floor was tacky because of the pool water or sea water that was tracked onto it. The master bathroom's shower curtain rings were rusty and the liner was torn and cheap. The hallway blinds was very poorly installed that we took it down for fear of it dropping onto the floor on its own in the middle of the night and frightening us. Ceiling fan in master bedroom and registers in condo were coated thickly with dust. There was a broken Corningware cover stored in a drawer along with other plates. We found pieces of broken glass from the cover on the plates. We promptly removed the plates from the broken cover. Positive points: There were ample towels, seats, silverwares, cups, plates, and bowls for 7 people. The A/C unit, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, and stove were in good working condition. The condo has vacuum cleaner and a broom/dustpan set for us to use for daily cleaning. They proved necessary upon our arrival since the condo wasn't clean. Review of the overall resort: The elevators were big enough to fit two luggage carts and 7 people. The resort is located right on the beach and near other attractions. It has very nice indoor pools for when you're tired of the beach but still want to be in the water. The donut/coffee shop sold pretty good donuts. We didn't try their ice cream or coffee.

Wonderful vacation

The condo was clean and spacious, I loved having 2 full baths for our big crew. Beautiful view on the balcony. A table and chairs where we played cards in the evenings, Alan was easy to communicate with, wonderful host. Splash is in a great location, kids enjoyed the lazy river, small water park and pools. We plan to return!
