Splash - Beachfront Family Friendly Condo With Free Beach Chair Service

Relaxation is upstairs and FUN is downstairs--Imagine sitting on our ninth floor private balcony enjoying breathtakingly beautiful sunsets, miles of snow white beaches, ocean breezes and rolling waves.

New tiles were installed in 2019 in the whole unit.

Our condominium is professionally decorated with a comfortable, relaxed feel and the ambiance of friendly sophistication. The unit easily accommodates a family of four to six with a master suite; bunk area; two full baths; kitchen with 'eat-in' bar and spacious living area with Amazing View Of The Gulf Of Mexico.

For your enjoyment, our condominium is equipped with NEW 50-inch and NEW 32-inch LCD TVs, DVDs and stereo system, NEW sofas(2018), NEW refrigerator.

Everything was great! Very clean, plenty of room, and provided plenty of necessities. The view was amazing, The only issue I had was that bucket that dumped water was frightening for smaller kids and did get annoying because it was so loud

We decided last minute to take a trip to PCB and stay at Splash. The condo was clean and the management was excellent. I’m big on communication and it was amazing. We will definitely be booking this unit again.

My family and I had a wonderful time! The condo was perfect for the three of us! If our family was a bit bigger we would still have plenty of room and not feel crowded at all! We enjoyed the water facilities and absolutely stunning views of the ocean! We were close to stores to shop at and had plenty of places to eat! Everyone was friendly and helpful! We hated to leave but definitely will be coming back!

We have stayed at Splash many times and even my big kid (12) still loves it here. Its so close to the water's edge compared to so many other condos weve stayed at in the past. This particular room was clean and the owner was very responsive and even just checked in a few times to see how things were. My only complaint is it's not a comfy unit. The furniture was minimal in the living room area, hardly enough for my fam of 4 to have enough seating. The chair was as hard as sitting on the floor and the couch was definitely worn and needs to be updated. I put a sheet on it because I couldnt tell if it wasnt dirty also and not just worn. Eventually we just pulled it out into the sleeper sofa so we could all sit better. The pots and utensils in the kitchen definitely need replacing as well. The mattresses were comfy and the bathrooms roomy. Overall, it was a great stay with family!

Check in and communication with the owners were easy and fast. The condo was as shown in the pictures. Beautiful view and accommodated our family of 4 perfect! Would definitely stay in this condo again and the resort.

We loved our stay. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about it. The beds were comfy, everything was clean. The view was excellent. The facility itself was so great for our family. My kids loved the covered pool area the most. The communication from the owner was clear and easy to follow. The beach loungers were a great added perk. We hope to stay again in the future and would happily choose the same place/condo to stay in.

Drove 12 hours from Ohio. Got there early but couldn’t check in til 4. Condo was very ran down- stains on couch, coffee table falling apart, no where to store food, couldn’t open fridge door all the way, broken fridge door, etc. Worst condo complex we’ve ever stayed in since coming down for 40 years. Trash and bugs in pool, overcrowded hot tub, long waits for elevators. Spent most time at the beach due to this. Splash is definitely not happening again.

The Condo was perfect for our use. The Property was great. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again. I always choose this property when visiting PCB. The Owners are great with communcation with me.

The location was great! The amenities provided were perfect for all to enjoy. It was clean. The 9th floor was perfect. The only negative things I can say about this property is that I wish it would’ve had another small two-seater sofa or another sitting chair in the living space & the elevators do take a little while. Also, if you need to use the pull-out sofa.. bring a sleeping bag or something padded to soften it so you don’t feel the springs underneath you. I’d recommend only kids sleeping on it. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if there was more sitting room available for family time at night or if it were raining and you wanted to stay in, relax and watch a movie with your party. The owner was very easy to get in contact with and responded quickly to any questions we had!
