Large Beachfront 1 Br W/ Built in bunk 55" HDTv + Spectacular Panoramic Views!

Our airy new 1 Bedroom (independent-owner managed) with Brand New built in twin bunk beds and Brand New pullout queen sofa. The entire condo has been freshly painted and clothed in an upscale coastal look with new high-quality linens and towel sets, brand new wood flooring throughout the entire condo including both bathrooms, a new living room ceiling fan, All Brand New Appliances, new furnishings, Brand new Living room furniture(couch as mentioned is a queen sleeper sofa), and new flat screen TVs, including a HBO and a large flat screen TV in the Living Room, a 46" television in the master bedroom, and a wall-mounted television in the bunk area, draped for extra privacy. We are located on the West side of Panama City Beach, about 1.5 miles to Pier Park.

At Splash, we also have free beach service with 2 chaise lounges and an umbrella. The beach service is seasonal and runs between March 1st through October 31st. Our condo also includes a large private storage room on our floor loaded with beach chairs, lounges, toys, boogey boards, etc., where you can also store your equipment and luggage.

The kitchen is well outfitted with everything necessary, including granite counters, new pots and pans, flatware, and small appliances.

The spacious living room beachfront balcony fronts a spectacular and unobstructed view of the Gulf coast from one curve to the other. There is no view outside the Caribbean where the water is turquoise. A full moon reflecting over the water is both astounding and humbling.

Our spacious condo sleeps 6 - the main bedroom has a king bed with a wonderful mattress, the built in bunk beds sleeps two, and we have a queen sofa pullout. We prefer that adults match or out-number children as we've found this provides for better supervision. * Remember that the number specified on the initial reservation request must match the number arriving as Splash will correlate the numbers on the registration form with the online request.

We are located in the East building at Splash Resort, close to Pier Park but comfortably separate from the hubbub.

Also: Complementary wireless internet, landline with free local calls, upgraded cable for digital and high-definition, flat screen TVs, including a high-definition 55" television on a swivel arm in the living room, and DVD players, a washer-dryer room, and recessed lights with dimmers.

Ours is a non-smoking, no-pet condo. We are owner managed, and our cleaning is professional and independent of the resort.

We typically require 50% upon reservation and the balance within 45 days of your stay.

Splash combines a fantastic location with outstanding onsite amenities, including over 400 feet of pristine Gulf Front, children's interactive Aqua Play areas, bi-level pools (seasonally heated December through February), 2 distinct water park environs with water canons, twisting slide, and, full state-of-the-art fitness center, island-style cabana beach bar and grill, an outside barbecue pit and grill, hot tub, and an arcade and mini-bowling alley, Lazy River with inner tubes, Little Tyke Splash Pad, and Tipping Bucket.
