This third floor penthouse condo is located on 30-A in Seacrest Beach and is very close to Watersound, Alys Beach, Rosemary, Seagrove and Seaside. This unit is the perfect location to ride a bike or walk to world famous destinations on 30-A.
Enjoy all the treasures that 30-A has to offer from fine dining to beachfront shops. You will enjoy Capistrano's direct beach access and the amazing views every day of your vacation.
You are sure to love this luxurious penthouse condo! No expense was spared to make this a top of the line, luxurious penthouse. The kitchen offers top of the line, brand new appliances, soft close cabinets, and gorgeous quartz countertops.

Amazing location and beautiful condo.Very comfortable beds and spacious.Couple of negative things-Very dirty floors we had to clean our little ones had black all over their legs and feet.Found many bugs but that could be due to all the rain. Very old pans food stuck to them. Overall amazing place and would recommend to all!

Awesome location - First class condo

Just a stone's throw from ritzy Alys Beach at an affordable price. Easy access to the beach with chair service available. Our 3rd floor view was priceless. Although there is no elevator or pool, that was not a problem for us, and quite frankly, it was a good thing; elevators make you feel like you're in a hotel, and pools up the noise factor for a low-rise condo. Overall, the experience was perfect for my group of adults. Will be back.

This condo was the most beautiful condos we have ever stayed in! The balcony overlooking the beach and beautiful ocean was priceless every morning! The sunsets were gorgeous, and the condo was FANTASTIC!!!! We will book this condo again!

Perfection!

The condo was absolutely perfect! Clean, comfortable and so welcoming! The kitchen was very well equipped….They provided plenty of towels, toiletries and made us feel so welcome! The location is excellent and the property is very well built…we didn’t hear our neighbors once and the surrounding area is so well kept. Have stayed at several locations on 30A and this beach was by far the least crowded we have ever experienced. It was an absolutely perfect experience and would recommend this unit 100x over! Thank you to the property owners for providing such a wonderful experience for our family….we will cherish the memories made here for years to come!

Only negative was signing the contract old school (print, sign, scan, email) back to property owner (not VRBO) and giving property owner personal info - address, credit card, etc. —uncommon and uncomfortable.

Amazing vacation

Everything about this condo is absolutely amazing! The beach wasn’t too crowded, the view was beautiful, decorated well, and the owner has really thought of everything for their guest. Our family included 4 adults and 2 kiddos, and we had plenty of room. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful Condo

I believe of all of the condos we have stayed in, in our 10 years of beach vacations, this one has to be our favorite. Beautifully decorated and I feel one of the cleanest ones we’ve ever been in. They even have a welcome gift waiting for you. All of us are pretty much bed snobs, and all of us agreed, the beds in every room were extremely comfortable and provided a great nights sleep. This is a small set of condos, only nine in the entire building. We love this! No crowded beach! Understand there is no elevator, and there are several steps down to the beach, but just look at it as great exercise to work off all of the wonderful food you’re going to get while you’re on 30 A! I can’t write a review without stating how great Alicia is. I made the mistake of updating my email on VRBO. Please know this is not a simple task. It required intervention from Alicia so that I could view & complete my reservation. Alicia was extremely patient and kind and got it taken care of. She is very responsive and takes care of you! Thank you for a great vacation stay!

This was a great property in a wonderful location. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty big enough for three couples to be comfortable. Small building, not a big high rise so not crowded. Right on the beach with fabulous views Owner and manager very responsive to questions and any needs we had. We would definitely rent this property again.

This property is beautiful and very comfortable. We were particularly glad there were two master bedrooms with great beds. Coming from Colorado, this was a beautiful change from our Mountain view. Will definitely book again next year!

Perfect Spot!

What a beautiful vacation spot! Stay Awhile is gorgeous-from the views, the lovely decorating, cleanliness, comfy mattresses, access to the beach, handy location, and even to the well-stocked kitchen everything was perfect. We had a couple of questions (not issues!) and Alicia was prompt, responsive, and so friendly. We had booked the condo for 5 adults but 2 couldn’t make it. There would have been plenty of room for all of us! We can’t wait to go back.
