Seas the Day

Our beach trip to PCB was a fantastic escape. With perfect water and weather, combined with the joy of family bonding, it was everything we hoped for and more. We can't wait to return and make more memories.

Sleepless nights for a week!

Terrible beds in 2nd bedrooms, could not rent again for my sister & husband. Not great in our bedroom but we didn’t sink in the mattress. My sister & her husband aren’t heavy people either, wouldn’t really want my small grandkids to sleep on them. We love Long Beach & have been coming here the last 6 years but can’t recommend this one.

Excellent!

Property was as advertised with beautiful oceanfront View. Very Clean. Convenient to grocery stores, Entertainment, and other shopping plazas. Only recommendation I would have is that the mattresses in the guest room (Double beds) need to be replaced.

Beautiful Condo

Pros: This condo is beautifully redone and was exceptionally clean. We loved the view from the balcony. Pictures are very accurate . Beach area is lovely, but both developments to each side were very crowded Cons: This is in a much busier area of PCB than we have stayed before, would be good if you were looking to just walk. My biggest complaint was that the kitchen seemed to be lacking adequate cooking utensils for food prep for such a well appointed condo. The teflon was peeling from all of the skillets, no cereal bowls, or pitcher to make lemonade. We wanted to bake brownies but no pan or cookie sheet. It made it a bit frustrating every time we went to prepare food. Overall I would rate this condo 4/5 due to the kitchen situation. We really did love the condo itself.

Upon arrival there were a few minor issues but Steve and his wife came in person to remedy those. They were super kind people even recommending restaurants and chatting with us about the area.

Being disappointed.

The condo was filthy.Floors, appliances, pillows on bed,bed skirt on beds.I called Steve twice one on cleaning condo the same day we arrived. And next morning on shower not working and plug not working. He blew up and told us to leave. All because I complained. Condo is not as nice as photos. It's beat up.Nice view, beach and pools.Hot tub jets not all working at the lagune pool. Military jets fly over beach are very loud.

Outstanding Condo at Long Beach!!

We love Long Beach resort and have stayed at least 5 times in different condos there over the past 7 years but this one tower 2-204 is by far the nicest one we’ve ever stayed in. It’s super clean, well furnished, comfortable & close to the lagoon pool

Just perfect

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this condo. Everything about it was perfect. Everything you could need to make your stay awesome is included. It's decorated so well too! You can tell that the owener takes pride in the property. We always use VRBO for vacations and this has been the best one we've stayed at. It looks exactly like the pictures, the living room funiture is super comfortable, the beds are amazing, and so are the pillows! We always bring our own pillows, but they weren't need here! The views are amazing from the balcony. The resort is gorgeous and the staff are very helpful and friendly. They keep the resort super clean as well. We wanted to just move it! It's perfect. Contact with the renter was also wonderful. Every time I had a question, it was answered pretty much immediately. He even contacted us on Labor Day to make sure we'd gotten settled in and to see if we needed anything. We will definitly be back. Do not hesitate to book this property.

Long Beach is always our favorite. This room was much better than ones in the past. The sliding door to the balcony needs some TLC but that’s it.

One of the worst stays and unit in PCB.....

Extremely dissatisfied with this unit-My family and I have been coming to PCB for more than 15 years and have rented all kinds of different condos, but this is one that we will never rent again and it is not worth the money: Upon arrival, found dirty towels and linens in closet where washer and dryer are. Owner said they would be removed that day or the next; I would think you would get someone over very quickly to remove someone else's dirty towels from the unit you rented and paid for. Someone did come by and pick them up, but I've never, ever had that happen. There were no window coverings on either bedroom door that leads out to the balcony-no privacy at all! No mat in the bathroom for when you exit the shower-I assume you're supposed to use one of the bath towels that is provided to you, which is extremely minimal-good thing that I brought some extra from home. Only one dish towel and dish cloth in kitchen-guess the go for the minimal amount possible in everything in the unit. There were no directions anywhere in the unit on how to operate the tv and remotes. The doorknob on the room with two beds was broken upon arrival and would no stay on. There were two different kinds of bugs in the kitchen-every time you opened a kitchen drawer, a bug was crawling around-unit needs some bug control done. There was a huge sticky spot on the floor next to the bed in the master bedroom-the side closest to the bathroom wall. Had to lay a hand towel on it-have no idea what it was, but obviously the floor was not cleaned prior to our arrival or someone would have definitely noticed this. The air conditioning was so sporadic in this unit and a constant, comfortable temperature was never obtained; woke up the first evening and was freezing, the program on the thermostat was set to 63 degrees. The fluctuation of the temperature was so irritating and annoying. The furniture on the balcony is extremely uncomfortable and was hard for five people to sit on. Needless to say, this unit totally did not meet my expectations and I feel like it was a huge bust this time around.
