Our condo is a beautiful beachfront property with breathtaking views of the beach and gulf! This is a FULL three-bedroom/two bath property on the 18th floor of Calypso Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. Our condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of home at the beach. We also wanted to make this a home away from home. For us and our guests. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment. From the balcony you can look out not only onto the sugar-white sands and the emerald-green Gulf of Mexico but also onto the Russell-Fields Pier, just a 5-minute stroll away. That alone is enough to make this recently redecorated unit an idyllic home base for your Panama Beach vacation. Beach service included during season! But there’s plenty more to love. What’s more, the complex has 2 large swimming pools, a palm-tree-studded beachfront patio, a tiki bar during the season, and an exercise room. As relaxing and welcoming as Calypso 1806 West is, you probably won’t be spending that much time in it. After all, the beach is mere steps away. No need to load up your car with a day’s worth of gear; you can saunter back and forth as you please. Go fishing on Russell-Fields Pier (the longest pier on the gulf) in the morning, head to the beach for a swim or paddle boarding afterward; return later to search for seashells; come back to watch the glorious sunset or search for constellations in the star-studded sky. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every two (2) persons under the age of 25.
