'Under the Rosemary Sun' is a wonderful getaway that combines the allure of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with the warmth of a European Villa. Only the finest has been incorporated into this Rosemary Beach home which is evident by the quality of design (award-winning architect and design firm), complete with expansive windows that soak in an abundance of light and sunshine making this home ideal for family and friends gatherings and vacations.

Further enhancing the design is an open and airy living area with 20 foot ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is an epicure's delight, with a 48” Viking Range, Bosch dishwasher and Kitchen-Aid refrigerator. The second floor boasts a wrap-around porch, a screened sleeping porch, and two large king bedroom suites, one of which features a dual fireplace between the bedroom and adjoining bath; the other a quaint sitting room perfect for lazy summer afternoon naps. A sense of luxury is further enhanced by recycled Oceanside glass tile, limestone/marble countertops and antique heart pine flooring throughout. Spacious decks and patios along with a beautiful Ann Sacks inlaid tile heated swimming pool. Children can enjoy their own loft area with TV. Four bicycles included with rental.

Other features include Euro-style bathrooms, custom design vanities, private outdoor shower, smart TVs, internet service throughout. Concierge services are available! Beach chair, umbrella service and four bicycle rentals are also available for guests.

This property is beautiful! It was perfect for my family (6 people—2 adults and 2 kids) and my sweet MIL. The outside patio/pool area is very spacious and the outdoor shower connecting to laundry room is ingenious. The entire property felt “livable” not just like a stocked rental home. You could tell little details were thought out and executed perfectly. There is so much storage in this home and plenty of towels and hooks in all the bathrooms. Blankets are placed throughout all of the porch and living room areas, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The bunk room is open and noise does travel up and down easily but we just kept our kiddos outside most of the time so it was never an issue. This home is also located only 6 houses down from the main Rosemary areas where activities abound. So easy to walk everywhere, including the beach! We are hopeful to book here again soon and highly recommend this property!

After vacationing in Rosemary for almost 30 years, this, by far, has been the most beautiful and best location of a house we have ever stayed in!! It’s right around the corner from downtown, but far enough away to be quiet and private. The walkover is a short distance and it’s so nice to be on western part of Rosemary beach away from the Pearl hotel crowd. The house was just perfect for our family with privacy at every level and an awesome living room and dining table for family gatherings! There is everything you need and more….even bikes! We will be back at this house! Nothing compares to it!!

The home is located just a few minutes from shopping, restaurants and the beach.It's a very comfortable well appointed place. They have thought of your every need.The porches are very inviting and great spots to relax.Wonderful quiet area. I highly recommend it!

The perfect girls’ weekend!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay in this stunning home! It was the perfect home base for our long weekend trip to Rosemary Beach. Everything is a short walk from the house. The pictures don’t do the home justice - it’s more beautiful in person! Very well-equipped, lacked for nothing. The owner was very responsive and great to work with. We would definitely book this house again!

The perfect beach rental

We had the best stay at this gorgeous home. The location is perfect for a short walk to the beach and for lots of restaurants and shops. Having a private pool at the house is a major plus— especially with younger kids. We couldn’t be happier with our stay at this gorgeous property!

Perfect stay for my daughter's 18th!

We absolutely LOVED everything about this gorgeous home. It was clean, very comfortable, and laid out beautifully. The home was close to everything in Rosemary; just step out the door and everything is in walking distance. Shops, restaurants and the beach entrances are close by. My daughter had a wonderful 18th birthday with family and was very happy. The pool was clean and was fantastic to cool off in. Lynne, the hostess, was gracious and answered any questions we had. Thank you so much, Lynne!

Perfect VRBO Stay in Rosemary Beach

Our stay at this VRBO in Rosemary Beach was absolutely fantastic! The **convenient location** was a highlight, situated close to both Rosemary and Seacrest, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything these charming areas have to offer. One of the best features was the inclusion of 4 bikes, which made getting around both fun and effortless. The host provided easy and prompt communication, answering any questions we had swiftly and clearly, which added to the seamless experience. The property itself was beautiful and comfortable for our family, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Rosemary Beach.

Stayed with another family. Great home but starting to fray around the edges from what I imagine is a long series of renters. Home needs a refresh but is still very nice. Home was cleaned and any issues we had were sorted immediately. Highly recommend.

Perfect Family House

Wonderful house for a multigenerational family stay. My husband and I stayed with our son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren and it was the perfect setup for us. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. We had a minor issue and the property manager and owner were very responsive and helpful. They resolved the issue immediately. One of the nicest properties and nicest property owner we have rented from on VRBO. I would definitely rent this property again should we return to Rosemary Beach.

Perfect Senior Spring Break Experience (relaxation-style)

Just left this beautiful property yesterday & wish our spring break was 2 weeks long in this quaint beachside community because 1 week was not long enough! It was the *perfect* location, size, and layout for our group of adults & teens celebrating our seniors graduating from high school. It had all the amenities we needed (except no beach chairs & the Keurig coffee maker leaked/did not work which was disappointing for our crew). However, there are walkable coffee shops that made up for it & we just used towels to sit on at the beach. This house did offer beach towels, plenty of kitchen utensils & basics we did not need to bring (oil, sugar, salt/pepper, etc) that many rentals do not provide, including kitchen towels. The pool was heated & actually worked which made our time at the house even more enjoyable to have that option on the cooler, more windy days. Everything was walkable and it was a safe community such that we felt comfortable letting our teens explore & go off by themselves to the beach & shops. Having access to bikes was also very nice and was included in the pricing of the home. We would love to return to this house again in the future if given the opportunity. It was the BEST week! Checkout was super easy too!
