The balcony for this unit has been completed and is fully accessible. However, you may still experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time. Occasionally, access to the heated pool may vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.



Amenities Update: The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, as well as the heated East pool. Please note these amenities may occasionally close for short periods for maintenance.

Whip up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or get takeout from one of the many restaurants. Whatever you decide, this condo will suit your wants and needs.



The Summit is a Gulf-front resort on the white sand of Panama City Beach - an ideal retreat for families and beach-goers. It is located near many activities, including mini golf, WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not!, and more! With many fun activities around, all this vacation home is missing is you!



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).
