Thank you for considering South Haven on 30A. Nestled between Rosemary & Alys Beach. Both within walking distance of the condo. The condo offers a queen size bedroom with barn doors and 2 twin bunks.

We purchased this property in March 2022 and did an entire renovation which included adding a private bedroom!
We own & manager this property so you can expect our direct and prompt attention.

The unit is located in building G with the fountain out front. B383 is the unit number on the 3rd floor.
Elevators are on the back side of the building. Luggage carts are provided.
Parking provided in the lot next to the building and there are also a few spots along the poolside of the building.
Check in is 4pm
Check out 10am
Laundry is on the first floor tucked in the back corner near elevators. Machines take cards only $2/load.
We provide one laundry pod. Two pools and a hot tub are located next to the building. One is heated. One has a beach entry with water spouts for kids. There are restrooms in pool area. The grill are also located in pool area. Pool code will be provided at check in.
*bands are required while in the pool area.
Beach access is located at Seacrest Beach cottage entrance.
Tram is available at the stop adjacent to the pool. Rides run about every 15 minutes or you can call for pick up.

***Bands are required to utilize tram, pool and beach.

Seacrest is conveniently nestled between Rosemary and Alys beach. There is wonderful shopping and dining all around you. It is a short walk to both so your car is rarely needed in the direct area.
Rosemary Beach fitness center offers day passes, class packs, etc.

Bikes are available for rent through Peddlers 30A. They are located in a small hut in the semi circle or you can call to book before your stay.

About us:
We were married in Seaside in 2002 and have been vacationing on 30a since that point. Over the years we have stayed in multiple areas but about 9 years ago we found Seacrest and loved it. We’ve come with multiple families, immediate family and also as a couple. We have always had great rental experiences and want to provide that to our guests. We promise to make your stay at South Haven a comfortable and positive experience.

South Haven is just steps to the pools and tram stop which provides transportation to the beach. We are Right behind all the shops and eateries in the Seacrest semi. Full size fridge, 2 burner stove top, Microwave, counter top oven, dishwasher, coffee maker(k-cup). Laundry room located on 1st floor. Queen bed, bunks and queen air mattress.Rosemary Beach & AltaBeach, you are walkable to excellent shopping, dining and more.
