Welcome to Shore Beats Work!

We are so excited to share our first beach vacation home with you! As business owners for the past 17 years in Wisconsin, owning a vacation home to enjoy with friends and family has always been a dream. After 2020, we were reminded just how precious life is, making this goal even more meaningful.

We personally manage this condo to ensure you have the best vacation experience possible. Everyone deserves time to relax, unwind, and create lasting memories—let Shore Beats Work be your home away from home!

About the Condo
Located on the 10th floor Tower 1 on the beach with incredible Gulf views!
Sleeps 6-8 comfortably:

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Wonderful stay!!!

We LOVED our stay here! Our three boys had a blast making friends in the pools, we enjoyed easy access to the beach day and night, and the hosts were responsive and friendly!

Great, but...

The property was really nice and very well appointed. I love that there were beach chairs, umbrella, and plenty of blankets for the cool evenings! However, please invest in a new mattress for the master bedroom. It was literally sunken in on both sides of the bed! You can see the dips when the bed is made! Come on...don't cheap out on something as important as the bed but think of all the small details for other stuff.

Shore Beats Work is PARADISE - LITERAL PERFECTION!

Wow- wow- wow. 10/10 recommend ~ There are no words to properly describe how AMAZING this property is. From the balcony we Watched the sun set & rise, the moon lighting up the gulf so bright it seems like daytime. Walk down anytime day or night to the ocean and soak it all in- nothing like the sounds of the waves crashing in. From the booking process to checking out & everything in between- the hosts have been super attentive. They thought of everything when preparing their home for guests. *The decor was gorgeous* and it was THE CLEANEST home I’ve ever been in! The views of the Gulf can be seen from all over the condo. Got out of the shower- looked up and could see the ocean from the bathroom!! Breathtaking. The resort was so laid back & relaxing/ the staff was amazing. It’s super clean & we felt safe during our stay. The parking garage gets busy/ but wasn’t awful. This location is PERFECT for families- it’s at the start of front beach road & gets more busy as you go down. Which made the beach experience top notch since it wasn’t over crowded. You can bring your own chairs/ umbrella/ beach stuff, OR- there’s beach chairs/umbrella rental right there in front of the resort - they close at 5pm. There’s also parasailing & banana boat rides right there too. There’s a tiki bar right On the property/ with food & drinks-they stay open until 10 through the week & serve drinks in pineapples & coconuts (they also sell bags full of FRESH pineapple) Can’t wait to come back!!!

Family Vacay

We had the best stay for our family of four vacay with our grown children. The condo was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. It was definitely designed to feel like a comfortable retreat, home away from home. The facility was great as well and the pool deck, tiki bar and dining area along with the boardwalk to beach made our days so nice.

Met Expectations

This was a perfect room for us. The decor was very modern and up-to-date. We were pleased with the items that were in the kitchen as in utensils and cooking supplies/items. The unit has a closet full of pool and beach supplies that you can use. The balcony has one of the best sets of furniture that you will find perfect for breakfast, relaxing, watching the sunset, or even reading a book. The room is conveniently located to the elevators and trash chute. The room I will give it a 5-star in all aspects of our stay. We will definitely be returning to this unit in the future. The parking garage is a little tight if you drive a full-size vehicle and not a compact SUV or car. We didn't have any issues finding parking during our stay. Each floor of the parking garage has luggage carts, several of them for use and this was nice. Overall this was a prefect location and room for our visit to Panama City Beach.

Kids end summer trip

I can say only the best about this place. The kitchen is stocked with anything you would need from apple slicer to crackpot. The baking/pizza pans are in the drawer under the oven. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of towels and washcloths yo includeda few beach towels. The host was amazing with communicating with me before,through,and after. The washer and dryer worked great. My favorite thing about this rental is the outdoor couch on the balcony it was so relaxing and comfortable while looking at the ocean. The rental also comes with beach chairs, umbrell, 2 boogie boards, sandcastle toys,and a hand held pump for any pool items that need to be inflated. This rental was amazing and will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful condo!

Our family enjoyed this place so much! The condo is just as expected! Very clean, wonderful view, nice pool, and an awesome tiki bar for drinks or food while at the pool or on the beach! Nicolette was wonderful to work with and so attentive!

Loved the Condo! Very clean and updated

Property manager is great and answers all your questions. We have stayed in several Condo’s @ Grand Panama and this is the best by far. Very clean and completely renovated and everything was like new and very well kept. We hope that we get a chance to come back soon and rent this condo again. Beach getaway

This was our third time renting this condo. It’s a great property with lots of thoughtful practical touches that make staying much better than a hotel. We cooked family meals twice and had everything we needed to include plastic storage containers. New furniture on the balcony made morning coffee watching the ocean very comfortable. We have 3 teenagers with us, and for a condo there was more than enough room for everyone to sleep and have a place to relax. We enjoy this property and will stay again when we visit PCB.

Our favorite place to stay in Panama City Beach

Our family loved the time we spent in this condo last July and have booked it again for our upcoming trip this June for my daughter’s national dance competition. The owner of my daughter’s dance studio always takes the senior dancers on a special senior trip to the beach. She wanted to take my daughter and the other 3 senior dancers to Panama City Beach for last weeks spring break and asked me to help her find a place for them to stay. I was so thrilled that this condo was available for that week and quickly booked it. Ms Dee, my daughter and the other girls had a fabulous time. They were highly impressed with how clean and well maintained the place was kept. Ms Dee also mentioned that it was perfect in that there was enough space so if could each have a place for some down time alone. We are looking forward to our stay this June and will always choose to stay here when we are in town. Cheryl S.

GOOD FOR THE SOUL!!

We desperately NEEDED some sunshine and the crystal clear waters of PCB! "Shore Beats Work" was the perfect place to stay for a girls getaway and some R & R. The condo is EXACTLY as it is pictured and was immaculate. Nicolette did a fabulous job with the design, decor, and amenities offered. We enjoyed many nights and early mornings on the balcony overlooking the blue water, listening to the waves crash, and taking in the early morning / late afternoon rays. The beaches and water were super clean and we could not have asked for a better location! We will definitely be back again. Side note: Nicolette was SUPER ACCOMMODATING and INCREDIBLY RESPONSIVE. She is a fabulous owner to work with - in fact, we have stayed at many VRBO properties and she has been BY FAR the best to work with.

Shore Beats Work!

All I can say is this place was awesome. We didn't have any elevator issues and the place was extremely clean. The Tiki Bar and Grill were very convenient for my burger eating 7 year old. Nicolette was great to deal with and super helpful. My family and I will definitely be staying here again next year.

STOP LOOKING, THIS IS YOUR PLACE

Everything about this property was perfect. It looks exactly as advertised. Clean, kitchen fulled stocked with anything you need to cook. Beach chairs, toys, and towels. Check-in was easy. The host answered a few questions we had immediately when we got there. The location was not in the middle of the chaos but not far from anything you need. We wouldn't even bother looking for another place next time we go back!

Property was amazing. Clean and modern decorations. Had everything we needed aside from personal belongings and the host was very friendly and easy to get ahold of. Will definitely stay again! P.S. the memory book was a nice touch.

My experience was great renting this property. The pictures are completely accurate and the location is perfect. The property has updated appliances and is decorated with great taste. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the gracious host. It was extremely spacious and the view of the beach is beyond belief! I will definitely return!
