When you're ready to explore - you have not one, but TWO golf carts to cruise around 30A. 30A is at your fingertips and Prominence is a gem! 2 Resort style pools, outdoor space, outdoor grills, easy access to the beach, and quick stroll to The Big Chill.

🛏️Where you'll sleep:
Primary bedroom: King bed with smart TV, ceiling fan with En suite bathroom, double vanity, and walk-in shower.
Guest room: Queen bed with smart tv, and plenty of storage.
Bunk room: Custom built - Great for the kids! Twin over Twin bunk beds
We also provide a pack n play for your little one.

🏖️The good stuff: Beach Access! There are a lot of options when in Prominence.
- Deer Lake State Park – (3 min drive, or 15 min walk, 5 min golf cart ride) The most convenient beach access with ample parking (cars and golf carts) and only .5 mile away. There are new bathrooms, grills, and shelter at the beach access!
- Seabreeze Beach Access - A five-minute golf cart ride or eight-minute bike ride East on 30A from Prominence. - Gulf Lakes Beach Access – (3 min drive, quick bike ride) You can pack lightly to bike and utilize the available bike racks at the access entry to lockup. This access is tucked in a residential area off 30A but has a public parking lot about 100 yards from the access entry. This one is also great to drive, drop off your gear (and kids!) and then have someone park and join you after.
- Walton Dunes – (7 min drive, or quick golf cart/bike ride) An easier entry as it has no boardwalk or steps, and you can walk from the road directly onto the beach. This is another good option for dropping off passengers and gear before parking in the nearby lot. There are plenty of bicycle racks at the access should you decide to ride bikes. Beach service is provided here from local vendors.
- Inlet Beach Regional Access - A 15-minute car ride but is a great option with ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms. You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house.

Community Pool! This is just a 3 min walk from your doorstep. You'll also have access to 2 resort style pools – the one that is closest to the home has zero entry and is heated seasonally during the months of October, November, March and April.

Community grill: A quick walk over to the pool and you'll also have access to the grill and accompanying table. •

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit B). There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 21.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
