-Parking: 2 parking spaces allotted for each unit. Each guest vehicle must display the AQUA parking pass. Parking passes must be registered, paid for, and printed prior to arrival. Please print your parking passes from home prior to arriving to avoid spending time in line purchasing from the kiosk. The Front Desk will NOT be able to help you on arrival. Boats, trailers, personal watercraft, and motor homes are not permitted on property. Any illegal vehicles will be towed by Security without notice. Parking Fee is $50 plus tax per vehicle, per stay. Registration link will be sent 3 days prior to arrival
-The person reserving the home must be at least 25 years old and is fully responsible for all guests. This individual must be present at check-in and remain for the full stay.
-Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
-A starter supply of essentials is provided for the first 24 hours, including paper goods and basic cleaning items. Additional supplies should be purchased as needed.
-A digital guest guide will be provided ahead of your stay outlining access instructions and local tips.
