Lay in bed and enjoy views of the coast at Blue Sky Mornings: T2-804

This updated and remodeled home-away-from-home is one of the most beautiful at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. Blue Sky Mornings is located in the highly desirable Tower II on the eighth floor.

Inside is a one-of-a-kind floor plan with luxury vinyl plank floors, an open layout, and nautical decor. Soak up views of the Gulf through the sliding glass door or step out to the balcony to breathe in the fresh salty air and overlook 110 acres of beachfront.

A sectional sofa inside is uber comfy to enjoy the flat-screen TV with cable, and free wireless internet access keeps your connected and helps you plan your next activity at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and all you need to prepare and serve a home-cooked meal. Dine at the four-person table, and the bar includes seating for two more.

The bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and stunning views of the beach and gulf. Unique bunk nooks in the hallway are unique to the Resort and each features its own flat-screen TV. Additional sleeping is available on the gel foam sleeper sofa in the living room.

Two full bathrooms have both been completely remodeled and offer tiled walk-in showers.

A washer and dryer is also available inside the condo.

Be ready for your vacation to begin as soon as you are on property! Our team will put your pre-scheduled groceries away and get your drinks cold before your arrival.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great Condo! Highly Recommend!!

Beautifully remodeled unit on the 8th Floor of Tower 2 at Edgewater. Overlooking the Gulf in the room from the balcony and the massive pool from the entrance Balcony. Clean room, comfortable bed, nice couch and bunk beds, Awesome Showers and anything you need stocked in the room for the most part! Excellent stay 10/10!

The Property was exactly as advertised and then some… My wife and I truly enjoyed every single second of our stay in this very tastefully decorated and comfortable condo. It was like Home away from Home. Carla was an absolute delight from the time of the Booking to the Departure, very, very responsive and patient to any questions that I had before during and after our stay. By far the nicest Condo and Hostess in the Edgewater Complex, and I’ve been staying at The Edgewater Resort for over 30 plus years. Great job Carla!!!

Great condo!

Excellent Place To Stay

Charley's condo in PCB is fantastic! The condo was exactly like the listing described, the views were amazing, check in/check out was very convenient & easy, and Charley was always quick to respond to any questions that we had. If you're thinking about having a beach getaway in PCB definitely book here. Anytime my wife & I return to PCB Charley's condo will be where we stay!

My husband and I spent a week at this wonderful condo, it truly is as beautiful as in pictures., we especially loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. The furnishings are so nice, and clean, we are looking forward to returning in the near future.

Very Well Maintained and Updated

We had several family members staying at this condo complex the week we stayed. In all I believe there were a total of 8 units being rented of various sizes in towers I, II, and III. This condo was by far the most updated and clean of them all. Including two units that were 12th floor condos. Very nice owners and responsive.

Perfect spot on the Beach!

If you are looking for a great spot for your family stay in Panama City, look no further! Location is great, the condo was super clean, newly renovated, and offered everything you could want or need. The view of the beach was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and our kids loved the bunk beds with their private TV's. Charley was an amazing host and made sure everything was great. Couldn't have asked for a better place or better owner. Thank you Charley! See you next time around!

Charlie communicated with us when we arrive and is first class. Everything was easy! The nicely updated condo is exactly as described and the beds are comfortable. The pools are hopping, he restaurant is great... and beach is wonderful. I highly recommend the property and condo!

The condo was exactly as pictured. We could tell that a lot of thought and effort went into decorating and updating the condo. We could tell that a lot of remodeling had occurred compared to the dated layout of other condos in the same building. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.
