Located on the 11th floor of Tower 1 - Wanting to get away and relax? This is the perfect place to be able to sit back and relax. Enjoy the amazing view of the large lagoon pool, white sandy beaches and decrease stress. These amazing views are all seen directly from the living room and dining areas just like the pictures show. This 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo can sleep 6 with a king size bed, 2 full beds and a pull out couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils and a Keurig. A brand new washer and dryer was just installed. 4 FREE beach chairs and umbrella included in the unit so you don't have to pay for rental chairs on the beach!!

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The condo was just as the online listing and reviews said. Jeremy was a great host. With the bedrooms being in the back it got very loud especially with the motorcycles and other loud vehicles. The ocean waves would have better.

This unit was everything and more! VERY clean!! The view was amazing. The unit had everything you needed for thr beach and pool so you didn't have to buy it or travel with it. I'd absolutely rent this unit again!

Great Property

The condo is very nice and we loved the location in Tower 1. The layout and furnishings are so nice, so glad we picked this condo. The pictures don't lie. I was initially anxious w the 11th floor condo location (with only 2 elevators), but we never waited very long, even on check in day. Tower 1 is so close to the main pool, cabanas, and restaurant - we so enjoyed our trip! We traveled for a baseball tournament and our condo by far was the nicest one out of our team!

Wonderful stay

The pre arrival communication was very helpful. The place upon arrival was clean and beautiful. The pictures were spot on. The view was spectacular. The resort was clean. ( every morning, the pool and grounds were being cleaned and prepared for a new day).

Edgewater Resort at Panama City Beach

This condo is very spacious. The living space has lots of light and views of the pool and beach. Beds were comfortable. This condo has one of the best equipped kitchens with quality items, including decent knives, of any rental I have stayed in. The washer and dryer are a great convenience. We did have one issue while we were there and the owner Jeremy responded immediately and remedied the situation. I would recommend this rental.

Wonderful stay for our family!

We had a great time staying here for a month with our three young children. Edgewater is a great location - the pool and restaurant are wonderful, and the other amenities on-site make it easy and convenient to be there. The unit itself has a great set-up for short or long stays. There were sufficient linens, kitchen tools, and living and dining room seating. We REALLY loved and appreciated the fully stocked closet of beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, and inflatables. Overall, this was a truly lovely place to stay!

I thought the condo looked pretty in the pictures but the pictures don't do it justice. This condo is beautiful and fully stocked. They even supplied dishwasher and laundry detergent to get you started. There are fun board games to use and a closet full of chairs, umbrellas and floats. I brought all of these things and I'm excited to not have to drag them with me next time if we rent this condo. The property is awesome. I've actually been going to Edgewater since I was 6 when it first opened. The pool and amenities can't be beat. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

Panama 2022

We loved everything about this condo and the resort the amenities are basically anything you can think of they have it all and the location is perfect. The only issue we had is the listing said it came with a tent and four chairs so we didn’t take any and it has plenty of chairs but there was no tent but there was some unusable umbrellas so I had to go buy a couple umbrellas but no big deal. Actually when the owner sent my final check in packet it mentioned chairs but not a tent so it was my bad for not paying attention. So I highly recommend this unit and we are very grateful Jeremy let us call this unit home for a week we wish it was for longer.

Perfect condo!

Listing is exactly as described - exceeded our expectation! Beautifully decorated, super clean, and lots of space. Kitchen is well appointed if you prefer to cook during your stay. Fantastic view of lagoon pool and beach from balcony. We love Edgewater because of the amenities on-site: fun evening activities, restaurant, ice cream shop, Starbucks, etc. Also loved that the host provided beach umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, and boogie boards - wow! It was everything we hoped for and more - a perfect vacation. Jeremy is very responsive and is great to work with as well. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo, Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeremy's condo. He was easy to communicate with and everything was as described and pictured. We chose the condo for the beautiful ocean view and onsite amenities. Having the restaurant and Starbucks coffee close by were very nice conveniences. It was cool during Spring break when we visited and the lagoon pool was a little too cold for us. We were able to use a couple of the heated pools as well as several of the hot tubs. Having a view of the ocean and beach access was a must for us and we were not disappointed! We enjoyed how close restaurants, entertainment, and stores were too us from the condo. If you are thinking about a visit to PCB, Jeremy's condo is the way to go!
