The livingroom has tented windows and door, a comfortable sectional sofa, 55" smart tv, books, puzzles; the dinning area has a large round wooden table with six chairs, four barstools, the livingroom and primary bedroom open to a large balcony; the kitchen has granite countertops, well stocked with cookware, dishware, utensils, stainless appliances, various small appliances; the primary bedroom boasts custom blackout drapes, California king mattress, 43" smart tv, marble top dresser, separate dressing room with sink, walk-in closet, garden tub with jets, shower, toilet closet; all bedrooms have TVs, decorative bedding with and custom furnishings.

There is no checking in or checking out. Outside you can enjoy going straight to your condo and having a user friendly, easy to use keyless door entry. More amenities include three high speed elevators, pool, hot tub, pool deck, beach deck with waterfall, free beach set up, large welcoming lobby, private gathering room, wide corridors, vending machine area, outdoor grills with picnic table, security guards during certain hours, gated covered parking garage, and an open air parking lot across street. The condominium building is a beautiful treasure on the beach. It is considered a low density complex because of the small number of units for the size of the building.

* Equipment for snorkling, parasailing, kayaking, jetskiing, paddling, sailing, and paddle boarding plus more are available to rent beachside.
*Scooters, bikes, LSVs/OHVs/golf carts are available to rent nearby street side.

* Covered Condo Parking Garage is conveniently located under condos - not across the road with a long way to bring luggage, etc. plus an open air parking lot across the street. Garage parking / open parking lot are available first come first serve. There is a $40.00 per vehicle parking fee. Two to three parking spaces are available per rental. After you reserve, a separate email will be sent to you to register and pay parking fee prior to arrival.

* Hundreds of shops, restaurants and entertainment opportunities are within one mile and many many more within just a few miles.
