Gorgeous beachfront 2BR Condo Steps from the beach with a pool!!!

Welcome to "Island Time"! That's what I call this adorable 2 bedroom, one bath unit in the low-rise Sand Castles West complex. Sand Castles West is directly across the street from the beautiful Emerald Coast beaches of Panama City Beach, Florida. Island time is a NON-SMOKING unit.

The unit is located on the highly desirable, family friendly west side of Panama City Beach... miles away from the noise and party crowds you'll find on the east side. Sand Castles West is about 1 mile west of the fabulous Pier Park shopping resort.

Island Time is in Building G in the Sand Castles West complex (the closest building to the beach). It's about 200 steps from the corner of the stairwell to the beach access. If you prefer a dip in an immaculately maintained pool, one of our complexes two pools is just at the other end of the building.

Sand Castles West is a "low rise" complex, not a massive concrete complex with remote parking and maddening long waits for slow (and far too-few elevators). Our unit is on the second floor (just one flight of stairs up from the parking lot). You'll have a stress-free vacation with lots of amenities, shopping, and of course the gorgeous beaches literally at your fingertips.

The unit itself can comfortably sleep 6 with 2 bedrooms (each with a queen size bed) and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are three flat-screen TVs (one in the living room and one in each bedroom). The kitchen is cozy but functional and well-stocked, and the entire condo is tastefully decorated and beach themed to enhance your experience!

WiFi is included so bring all your devices, and the unit has its own washer and dryer so you don't have to waste your valuable vacation time sitting at a laundromat.

We're very "budget friendly" for a 2 bedroom unit so well maintained and close to the beach, so come get away and enjoy some "Island Time"!
