D1204 is a two bedroom Extra floor plan that will accommodate up to eight guests with a spacious 1050 sq. feet, fully furnished. The Owner provides two complimentary beach chairs through the Beach service.

The living room a flat screen TV/cable, one sofa has a pull out queen size sleeper, has a second sofa, also 2 recliners and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The dining area includes a table that seats six guests, along with a bar that seats three. The kitchen has renovated cabinets and granite counter-tops.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV/cable, a rocking chair and a full renovated walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two full beds, a TV/cable and a full bathroom with renovated walk-in shower.

There is a washer/dryer, the whole condo has hardwood flooring throughout. The balcony has bar height table and chairs to seat two, and a 4 matching
Pollywood chairs and lounger. View-faces the water, you can also see down the beach East/West, with a sunset view. You can also view half of the D/E pool area from the balcony. Unit also includes 2 chairs & umbrella with the beach service for 2023
