Wedding Get away

Stayed at condo to attend friends wedding on the beach. First time staying here and it was wonderful ! Communication with owner was fabulous and she was phenomenal on making sure everything was perfect from check in to the time we left ! Beds were great, slept like a baby! Very nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so everyone had their own. Condo was stocked with everything you needed and then some ! Perfect location to get to many restaurants and attractions but peaceful and quiet to relax ! Condo was decorated so nice. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get away for the week with friends or family ! Definitely will be back !

Lovely Stay, but Exorbitant Fees

I stayed here with a group of friends, and we had an excellent stay. The unit was clean and attractive, with a lovely location. Upon check out followed instructions to the best of our abilities. We put all laundry in the laundry room, threw away all trash, washed all the dishes we saw, etc. However, upon arriving home that night, I was told we left the condo in a state that required an extra 7 hours of cleaning from the cleaners, and would have to pay for that. I asked for a receipt, and all it stated was the hours of work and the hourly rate. It was very rudimentary. Now, I fully understand having to pay extra if we had left the place in an unfit state, but that was simply not the case. While we may have forgotten or missed some small items, like running the dishwasher, we left the place in a good state. In fact, a condo of this size shouldn’t take 7 hours for any professional to clean, unless it had been trashed, which it wasn’t. The owner’s communication also changed in tone once this issue was brought up, not for the positive. I wish I had taken photos upon leaving, but I didn’t so it was my word against the owners. We had already paid a cleaning fee that wasn’t cheap. It was a very unpleasant experience to come home to, especially when we did clean thoroughly before leaving. I’d book with caution, and document everything should you decide to proceed. We did the work, and we paid for it too.

Wonderful Stay

Great location and wonderful unit. Everything was clean and well stocked. We will definitely be back! Host was readily available and answered questions right down to what pizza joint was the best!

Fantastic Condo

Vacation

The first thing….and this isn’t the property owners fault…..I know it sounds like it should have been intuitive, but Building “A” should have, an A on it. The lobby should have been clearly marked as well. The lobby has these crazy looking, fountains in them. All of the lobbies are dimly lit. The unit was awesome. Nice decor, it had everything we needed, and a view from every room. So nice. The cleaning person evidently doesn’t do floors. The floors were sandy. I wore a pair of socks instead of slippers around the condo and they were absolutely filthy after 2 days….inside only. There were shoes underneath the bed, an old sock on the floor and a pair of men’s underwear in the corner of one room. Other than that we LOVED it!

This was Above & Beyond what we were looking for to stay in our family vacation. The location was Perfect for staying on the beach, and the owners were Extremely helpful & friendly! We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation

We love visiting Pinnacle Port! It’s a great location and the beach is not overly crowded. The condo was beautifully updated and had everything we needed. The views from every window and balcony were amazing! The AC worked perfectly, and the elevators got us where we needed to go. Communication was easy and very responsive to all of our questions & needs. We really enjoyed our vacation staying in this updated unit.

Family Beach Vacation

Enjoyed this nice condo for 4 nights. The upgrades made are beautiful! Our group of nine were very comfortable in this 3 BR unit. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of extra bedding available. We had everything we needed as far as towels and kitchen was well stocked. Would love to return one day!

Awesome place to stay but beach and a not good

We stayed here for two week and it is all what they say it is we enjoy our stay. The property is nice and clean but the only reason I won’t be back to Panama City Beach is because the Beach is dirty, not just beach the water here was dirty also it was green with gras and mud, we had to go to Miramar Beach and Destin to enjoy beach days and water was Crystal clear over there and they are 30-50 miles apart. Sorry for the place where we stayed I give 5 stars but for the Beach I would have to give 2 stars. I have pictures of the water from balcony but it looks like I can’t post them

Family vacation at Carillion Beach, PierPoint

Rental Property description and location was just as advertised and was perfect for our family of 7 . Communication with the owner was outstanding who even reported before our stay that the building chillers were out but a temporary chiller had been brought in for cooling, so the unit stayed comfortable during our stay (we had brought a fan just in case but did not use it). Even though it rained every afternoon we still had plenty of time to enjoy beach and pool and a few nearby restaurants. On check-in, electronic lock code was given by text prior to arriving and was easy to use and preferable to old key locks we have used in past. We did have a minor issue with hair left on sheets of queen bed with some trash and sand left at foot of the bed under the comforter. Resolved it ourselves by using lint roller and rewashed those sheets. Other bedding was fine and acceptable (though numerous pillows on the beds caused us to stack them on floor and in closets). We noted that the pocket door to the laundry was off its track and was difficult to move so we left It open and the under cabinet light fixture over the sink was shorted out and not working. Other lights were more that adequate. We were very satisfied with our stay and thank the owner very much for letting us stay in the unit. We would recommend staying here to anyone and would like to stay here again in the future if possible . jws

Great week!

The condo was nice and comfortable. Being on the 9th floor you have a good view of ocean. With many condos there is a problem getting an elevator quickly but we did not have any problem here. This area is at the 30A area and we ate at places there rather than going to the PCB area where you have 1-2 hr waits. This condo is in the best location, not too crowded. We had a great time! Would definitely recommend!

Nice Condo, Location, Lots to Do Close By

Property has been updated nicely, kitchen fully equipped for cooking and eating in, owners are very friendly and helpful, pool is close, as well as beach access, and kayaking, etc. Check-in at gate on Saturday-be prepared for sitting in traffic both ways during Summer. Other days, not a problem.

Absolutely beautiful ♥️

This property was newly renovated and is decorated so beautifully while still feeling comfortable like your at home! Plenty of room and nicely equipped. Entire property was just great. Communication with the owner was great as well. We have zero complaints. Pool and beach access was so easy, even on a holiday weekend. Would highly recommend this place!!!!!
