You can’t beat being steps away from the beach when you choose SeaRenity at Inlet! This lovely Beachfront 2BR/2.5BA townhome is in Inlet Beach, located just off Hwy 98. The Master bedroom has a King bed and additional seating, while the guest bedroom has two Queen beds including a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping 8 guests comfortably. The amazing beach front balcony offers a beautiful view of the gulf waters and sandy white beach. Enjoy lasting memories by making SeaRenity at Inlet your repeat vacation choice!

Rosemary Beach is only minutes away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old World style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops. Check out the open-air markets on the weekends.  

Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole. 

This laid back, fun family atmosphere awaits you! Come stay and play and see for yourself what makes our community and the 30A area so special!

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Wonderful view of the ocean and it was just steps away.The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans and appliances.The condo was very private and quiet. We loved our time there.

Amazing view! Very comfy sofas. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathrooms are spacious with ample linens. Loved the bench in the master bath. Outdoor seating upstairs and downstairs was very nice and comfy. Loved the outdoor shower/water hose to rinse off and leave the sand outside. My only suggestion is the master bedroom mattress needs to be updated. I had to by a mattress topper. I left it so that others might be a little more comfortable. Otherwise it was a perfect stay! P.S. would LOVE to know where the drapes in the den are from. They filtered the light beautifully.

Great stay!

The place was clean and as advertised! I definitely recommend this place if you literally want to be steps away from the beach. Also 5 stars to Realjoy and all the maintenance and cleaning crew. We reported a leak and they were very responsive to get it all fixed. Every person that came out to help were very courteous and friendly. Truly topnotch.

The condo is in a great location. Great size condo for a family of 4. So convenient with direct beach access. Close walk to shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable. Looks and feels just like the pictures!

Pretty much perfect

We were two wanting to experience 30A, but wanted to be ON the beach. This unit and location checked all the boxes. The cleaning crew had to work a little harder from the prior tenant, but the place was very clean. Location was great for us as we wanted to be on the beach, and the rest of 30A was a short drive away. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Fantastic Place

This townhouse was perfect…clean and a good size for a family of four. Perfect location to the beach in a quite neighborhood. Rosemary Beach is less than a mile away, we would book this unit again.

40th Anniversary could have been perfect but...

We chose this property for our 40th Anniversary trip for its beautiful beach view and knew this time of year would be relaxing and quiet but unfortunately, the unit next door to us was under construction the entire week while we were there with hammers and saws going from sun up to past sundown. Since they are side-by-side townhomes, it was maddening. The construction crew were kind and professional and I realize it wasn't their fault but it would have been conciencious of the owner to have let us know so we could have made other arrangements. The unit itself was beautiful and we would have loved to have experienced it without the noise.

These are our favorite condos! Spectacular view!!

Our only complaint was the WiFi was not working. I called the management company and they immediately sent someone over to fix it. They got it working but it didn’t last long. They have a problem!

Perfect spot right on the water

This is our second time staying in SeaRenity in Inlet. We love this area so much, as you are 2 minutes from everything, but quiet by the property. We spent most of our time down the beach at the Camp Helen State Park lagoon. It is a total dream. Evenings spent on the balcony hearing the waves were the best! Thank you for a gorgeous spot to spend our family vacation!

Wonderful Stay at the beach

What a wonderful little gem. Was exactly as advertised, and the location was unbeatable. We loved it. The only improvement could be new mattresses and a little more thorough cleaning between guests.
