Majestic Beach 1 - 1806 is the kind of vacation spot that feels like your home away from home. The owners, have taken special care to make this Majestic Beach vacation condo a place you'll want to come every year. Starting Jan 1 2024 all guests will have to pay resort $40 per vehicle when they register.

Let’s start with the view! You step out on the balcony and you get to look at the most beautiful beach in the world. Right here. And there's just the right spot to enjoy you morning coffee and catch a glimpse of the dolphins that play off shore. You’ll want to spend lots of time here. It’s big and comfortable.

The living area's nice and cozy. And, if you like bright and beachy you'll love the decor. It’s really colorful and fun and it really makes the most of the room in every room. There’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It’s got great views. Plain and simple.

The LIVING ROOM sofa opens up as a queen sleeper. There’s a 50" flat screen TV that’s equipped with XFINITY so you get lots of channels. But, your eyes will wander to the beach every time.

Both the dining area and the kitchen are set up so that you get these terrific views as well. And the kitchen's got everything you need whether you're grabbing a snack or whipping up a gourmet meal.

The MASTER BEDROOM has a huge king size bed with a 46" TV.

The BUNK AREA is a kid friendly area for sleeping and a little playing. Perfect for your kids.

The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

The bedroom and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 6 with 2 full baths.

Majestic Beach 1 - 1806 is a big beautiful place at the beach. And it’s priced right too. If you’re coming down for a kid sports tournament, you’re pretty close to the Robert Brown Park, where they host a lot baseball tourneys.

ABOUT MAJESTIC BEACH TOWERS RESORT
Majestic Beach Towers Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida offers a vast array of amenities with something for everyone:
Starting Jan 1st, 2024 guests will have to register with the resort and will have to pay $40 per vehicle.
• Five pools including 2 indoor heated pools and 2 hot tubs
• 2 hard surface tennis courts
• Beach services (cost extra)
• Movie theater
• Game room
• Poolside bar and grill
• Starbucks coffee from the onsite Market Bar that also serves breakfast, lunch and dinner items and the menu is fantastic.


WHAT MAKES PANAMA CITY BEACH SPECIAL
Panama City Beach is best known for its 27-mile stretch of sugar-white sand beaches and clear, emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There are also boatloads of attractions from pirate ships and animal parks to go-carts and giant slingshots, See oddities at Ripley’s, float away at Shipwreck Island Water Park, or swim with the dolphins at Gulf World. Go shopping at Pier Park. This brightly colored, open-air gem features national chain stores and local favorites.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

When we first arrived, the room looked okay at first glance. As we started to settle in, we noticed black mold on the shower curtain. On top of that, there was no water pressure and no hot water. We contacted overnight maintenance but didn’t hear back for several hours, so we had to take cold showers. I also messaged the owner, who replied saying he would make sure maintenance was aware.The next day we waited around, but no one came until about 3 p.m. While it wasn’t the worst delay, the solution wasn’t great. They simply removed the moldy shower curtain and offered to bring it back after scrubbing it, but I declined and said we’d just use the other shower. They did eventually fix the water issues, which was appreciated.We were also supposed to have access to the gym. When we asked security about it, they told us we’d need a key fob from the owner. By that point, we were already frustrated with the other issues, so we just gave up on that.Overall, the cleaning left a lot to be desired. There were clumps of hair and it felt like the place had been quickly tidied rather than properly cleaned. Because of that, the whole week felt a bit icky, like the apartment never truly felt clean.That said, the apartment itself was nice, with a beautiful view of the ocean, and the weather during our stay was perfect

Updating the bathrooms is an absolute need in this condo. We had a clogged drain on first day, they did come fix it the following g day. The tub/shower was close to disgusting, with dirty shower curtain. Condo did not appear cleaned well. However, it served our purpose for a girls week on the beach. We arrived early and decided to spend our time poolside until check in time. We were asked to leave and not allowed there until check in. I’ve never stayed in a condo anywhere that did not allow this. Overall condo was simply just doable, but would not stay at Majestic again

Easy check in and excellent location. The condo was beautiful and stocked with all necessary items. The only thing i would say is if you plan to cook while youre there make sure ypu bring ypur own basic spices because there were none in the condo. Other than that it was great!

Amazing views close to everything!!

This property is absolutely amazing. Clean and fresh when we got there. Easy to navigate. All amenities were great. H2o was a great bar and space to take a quick break from the beach. Amazing hosts, all supplies were great, close to walmart, restaurants, bars, clubs! We will return!

Easy checkin process, got in early. Shower seemed to cause water behind toilet, AC not working well in November..was about 75. Resort needs some work- hot tubs constantly closed. Need heated pool outside. Overall a nice stay, beautiful view!

No cable or Netflix

No entertainment via TVs at condo. Cable wasn’t working then I emailed about getting it fixed and never got a response nor was it fixed. Check out way too early. Elevators were awful. Very slow and half the time they were broken. Often times waited over 15 min for elevator. Pool could’ve been cleaner too.

Best Condo I have ever stayed in

I have been to PBC since I was a teenager and I am now 56. This was hands down the best condo I have ever stayed in. Super roomy with two bathrooms. The view of the gulf from the 18th floor balcony was stunning. I would love to stay here everytime I come!

Birthday Trip vacation🎉

We really enjoyed this condo. Self check in process was great and the property look just like pictures on VRBO user friendly website. The condo was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make a great meal. The security guard at the front gate made us feel safe. We really enjoyed the ocean breeze and view from the condo. We will definitely recommend this property to family and friends!

Very accommodating

The owners are very friendly and super accommodating, they let us check in a couple hours early with some tired kids from the 10 hour drive. The king bed is very comfortable, however the pullout couch and bunk beds were not. If they had some toppers it would have been much better. I would have someone come deep clean the condo too, the dishes were dirty when we arrrived , the shower heads and the bathtub were covered in old mold. Housekeeping can do a much better job. The decor is perfect and is great for the beach. Perfectly fit 4 adultss and 2 kids. However It’s not very close to pier park, and we weren’t able to walk many places as we usually do when visiting PCB. But if your there for the beach only it’s perfect.
