LUXURY on a GULF FRONT BEACH on 30A - SPRING SALE!!!

This condo allows you to wake up next to a beautiful view of Rosemary Beach and the sound of the ocean! It is located on the second floor of the building. All you have to do to enjoy the sand and the water is go to the terrace or walk down some stairs (to view website for 360 pictures, please click on Manager Info and then Links to more information).

This beach condo has 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Full beds, a Sofa Bed and sleeps 8, with 3 new TVs to enjoy the comforts of home. Let your mind and body relax in this very comfortable condo and enjoy the gulf front views, mornings to sunsets.

The apartment has all been redone. All the appliances are new. The beds and the furniture are also new. The decoration is contemporary. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Located at High Pointe Beach Resort, a first-class gated community catering to families of all sizes, you'll enjoy access to great dining, pristine beaches and boutique shopping, all in a quaint, family friendly environment. With tennis courts, BBQ areas, and nearby golf courses, the setting makes it perfect for families with children to visit.

The community also organizes many activities like wine tastings and local music festivals. It is a quaint place with a lot of spirit.

You have the best of everything in this condo. If you are looking for a chill day at the beach, a trendy town to discover, a community to get to know, some nice shopping, improving your tennis game, or your golf swing— this is the place!

PS As of October 1, 2022, the Resort will impose a $125.00 "resort fee".

Kitchen had all the supplies we needed. Dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer looked brand new. Wonderful view of the ocean! Manager was wonderful and responded quickly to all messages. Check-in and checkout were very easy!

Perfect Location

The condo was just as described. We had plenty of space to fit our family of 5 and enjoyed being right on the water. The location is the best on 30A since you are walking distance to Rosemary and Alys, and Peddlers pavilion is right across the street. The host was responsive and quick to address any issues we had. The only thing that could have been better was a place/dresser to unpack clothes in the guest room. Would highly recommend this condo at High Pointe!

Wonderful stay

This is the second time we have stayed at High Pointe, but the first time in this unit. It had recently been remodeled and everything was new. The kitchen was upgraded and fantastic. Just a really top notch interior. The view of the beach was just amazing, and many early mornings were spent taking in the view. Beach chair and umbrella service was included and no issues. Emilio was the property contact and got back to us very quickly on the few questions we had. Overall, would highly recommend this unit.

Great unit, great location, great views!

Was wonderful to view the Gulf from the 2nd floor balcony. Simple accomodations with plenty of room for a small family. Perfectly situated across from Rosemary Beach. Development has strict access control so avoided a lot of the crowds and noise. We've been staying at High Pointe since the early 2000s and it always feels like home. Would definitely recommend this unit. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Best of High Pointe

I have stayed in many units on the beach at High Pointe and this was by far the best - beautifully appointed with a great kitchen ! Host responded immediately when we had one small issue - can not wait to come back.

So much potential to be great!!

We have been travelling to 30A for over 10 years, this was our 3rd stay at High Pointe Resort, so we obviously love the property, location, and private beach. We knew what to expect with another oceanfront unit....amazing views from every room, this was no exception.! Unit had been fairly updated with nicer flooring, kitchen, appliances, as well as bathrooms. Besides this, we had VERY basic amenities. Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was the lack of patio furniture. There were 2 useable chairs, as well as a broken chair, and a chaise. I contacted the owner and he said he ordered furniture at the beginning of summer and it hadn't arrived yet. Said he would contact housekeeping to see if there was any other furniture they could bring up...and never heard back regarding this. A big part of staying in oceanfront rooms is to enjoy the balcony and unfortunately my family of 5 could not do that together. Other issues we encountered immediately were a backed up master shower (that never got fixed so we got to stand in 4 inches of backed up water during our showers for the week), and a broken dryer (which did get fixed mid week). The dishwasher had a broken bottom shelf that was difficult to push back in each time. Other recommendations for this unit: -Storage for clothes!! Secondary bedroom had NO shelves or drawers whatsoever. My 3 kids had to live out of their suitcases for the week. There were approximately 8 hangers in the entire unit to hang clothes. -Hooks for wet clothes would be great for wet beach towels and swimwear -Beach towels! We are at the beach! This is the first time in over 10 years we have not had beach towels available in our rental on 30A! We flew into town, so don't want to have to pack beach towels for an entire family. -A hair dryer Owner was responsive each time I reached out with an issue, that doesn't mean the issue was ever fixed. Did not affect our time in this beautiful town, just would not book this particular unit again.

Fantastic VIEW!!! 12th Time to stay at High Pointe, always in different units and this unit was one of the best. Great upgrades, finishes, tv's, appliances, beds and bath. Would recommend high bar table and chairs to view ocean above the handrail.

Perfect: condo, location, and host

Emilio was an absolute DREAM to work with! This condo is Perfect. We greatly, greatly appreciate Emilio’s obviously high standard of cleanliness and quality. We loved every minute of our stay here. It is also a perfect location. You can easily, easily walk to Rosemary and Inlet Beach or down to Alys Beach. Crabby Steve’s (actuallly on site) has delicious, fresh food. We’ve been visiting this area for years and this is hands down our new favorite place to stay. It is the total package. Again, perfect condo, perfect location, and perfect owner to work with. It could not have been a better experience!!!
