This beautiful three story beach house is just a few steps from the beach! Perhaps you would prefer to lounge around a private pool, instead. Heat the pool for just a little extra fee. The house is located in a lazy laid back neighborhood of private homes on the beach. At the same time, you are 5-10 minutes away from all the best restaurants and shopping.
Friends of mine once said that when they go on vacation, they want to stay somewhere that is nicer than their own home. That is exactly what we have tried to accomplish with this totally elegant Beach House. This place has all the bells and whistles. Every bedroom has a King size bedroom suite. One set of built in bunks with deluxe pillow top mattresses. There is a queen sleeper sofa on the second floor. This is a perfect set up for two or more families.

Be prepared for luxury from the formal dining room as you enter, to the 12 foot ceilings and magnificent crown moulding throughout. Granite counters grace the well equipped kitchen as do the stainless appliances. Watch your favorite TV shows on large screen TVs in the living room or family room or enjoy your show from the comfort of your bedroom.

On the second level you will find what we like to call the family suite. There you will find a large family room, including a wet bar and half bath. The built in bunks make this like a fourth bedroom. There is a large balcony overlooking the private HEATED POOL. The second floor bedroom has a king bed suite with bath, balcony and HD LED TV.

The third level has two king bedrooms with private baths. The Master Suite is adorned with a fireplace, double vanity, a jetted tub and a spacious shower. A private balcony off the Master is a great place to enjoy warm moonlit Florida nights. The second bedroom has a beautiful Tropical King Bedroom suite for your comfort. Both bedrooms are equipped with a TV.

Prime Location: On the quieter end of PCB on the much desired beach side of Thomas Drive. A hundred steps down Albacore Street and you are on the beach... no crossing busy streets to get to the beach. Only 3 miles from St. Andrews State Park and walking distance from several restaurants and amusement parks.


Sorry, NO pets allowed. Must have someone over age 25 to stay in the house. We do not rent to student groups or wedding parties.
