"Beautiful hotel in Mallorca. The staff was friendly and the views were stunning. The spa services were great. The small downsides of the hotel include; the pools were cold and there are limited chairs around the pool, the ocean was quite rough where you can access it from hotel and we had little ants in our room. Other than that we loved our stay. The hotel is in a great location with mini markets/restaurants nearby and a 2€ bus ride into downtown Palma. "

"Good hotel, but cleaning could have been better (on the 5th day, we found a box of juice under our bed which wasn't ours, so we imagine no one cleaned under it during that period), and we expected more amenities for a 5 star hotel (bathroom amenities weren't replaced or refilled over night, for example). Still a good deal though, and a very good location in Soller. Employees were very friendly and breakfast was very good."

"Vista do mar e porto maravilhosa, porém difícil chegar a pé devido à altura. Piscina gostosa, café de manhã excelente, banho/chuveiro excelente e bem cuidado em geral. TV antiga sem canais, cama meia boca. "

"The location was great. All the amenities it said it was gonna have it did beach bag in beach towels were great help. The place was very clean and cute and the communication was quick and helpful. Would definitely come back there."
